Red Rabbit Ramen — Restaurant in Columbus

Hands down the BEST ramen we have ever had. We had the vegan miso, regular miso, and tan tan ramen. Delicious. We also shared an order of the wings. Messy, very warm, and all around wonderful flavor. I already know what dish I want to try the next time we order. Instructions come with the order making sure you have the best experience and your food is hot. Appropriate portion size. Frankly I have never had a broth so delicious that I wanted to eat it before I was done with the ramen. The broth is amazing. It is the best broth we have ever tasted. Noodles were perfectly done. Everything tasted fresh. I added a piece of katsu chicken to mine so I could try it. It did not disappoint! The others came with soy eggs in their dishes and all agreed the soy eggs were cooked perfectly and at the risk sounding repetitive, the best they ever had. Absolutely no runny white with every ounce of the yolk creamy. Very happy we found this place and plan on ordering from them regularly. Focus on few dishes and do them well. That is exactly what they mastered! I did not realize how often we have driven past and never noticed them. I look forward to recommending this place to everyone I know. Update (Dec 28, '24): Finally got a chance to try ramen here with the new ownership. The owners are very friendly and easy to talk to. It was nice meeting them. The ramen tastes absolutely delicious. Nothing has changed. They have more tables and chairs outside compared to how it was before, which I love. Still the best ramen in Columbus!

The best ramen place is Columbus but unfortunately they are going to close very soon. I have tried vegetarian ramen at many restaurants in Columbus and none of those places come anywhere close to this place in taste. The broth was very flavourful and creamy. Cannot recommend this place enough to all the ramen lovers. My wife does not like ramen but even she liked this place. I hope that they sell this place to people who would run it well....

My husband and I both agree that this is now our favorite ramen in Columbus! Red Rabbit is a stand outside of Echo spirits, but you are able to sit inside Echo and order dinner from Red Rabbit (and Echo's vibes and drinks are top notch!)

I'm a vegetarian, so I was thrilled to see that the broths for all three ramens are vegetarian! My meat-eating husband was skeptical, and was then blown away by the incredible flavor of a vegetarian broth! We both got the spicy ramen (he added pork belly) and we were sweating by the end of the bowl! It was crazy delicious, flavorful, and fresh.
