I have never had a bad experience with Papa Johns until I ordered from this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!! The people who work here are so stupid it’s like talking to childern. I had several orders d live red to my address minutes before closing time and one day they decided we don’t deliver to your address. I explained to the manager Rick who liked to point out that he has worked there for the past 5 years (Which is truly pathetic. Prime example of why you should finish your education) and they have never deliver to my address. I explained to him that this is not true and I have receipts and confirmation emails you guys sent me to prove it. He still cancelled my order and refuse to delievey. I contact the customer service department who contacted his supervisor who sent me an email apologizing for the inconvenience and assured me if I experience this issue again to contact him. So weeks later I place and order for delivery again and the same manager denied me service and cancelled my order even after I informed him of what his supervisor stated. I called the supervisor and he called the store just to call me back and tell me that he has to go with what the manager said b cause he is more familiar with the area. Despite the fact that he acknowledged the issue before and confirmed from his mouth that my address is within their area of delivery and that I have several orders delivered to my address before. Read moreIIcalled into the parson store on March 2nd at approximately 4pm Upon placing an online order my card wasn't working properly so I chose to order over the phone.i call into the store and was immediately placed on hold which lasted for about 40minutes my son loves Papa John's pizza its really the only cheese pizza he'll eat so I called back and i was immediately placed on another hold this one lasting 20minutes i ask to speak to management the manager gets on the phone angrily telling me they where to busy to attend to my order then hangs up on me I call back and out of frustration the manager starts attacking my character and calling me names like stupid why don't you just use the online service and speaking very rude I didn't get out of character or anything I calmly and politely ask for there name that's when I get hung up on again so I called back and asked to speak to a different manager and the guy tells me that the manager I spoke with was the GM and there's nothing that they're going to do to help me then they said I was a racist and that I was ignorant because I was laughing at them for being so mad I never once raised my voice or got out of character and I never got to place an order so we had to call donatos which was very polite accurate and helpful !this by far was the worst experience I have ever had with dealing with management and even though my experience with donatoes was a great one my son didn't really eat that much of there pizza so yeah I was salty about that part of it all that's why I choose to...
Read moreHello I have been a very loyal customer to Papa Johns and I have been having the same issue for a couple year. The manager resolved my issue but then it keeps coming up when he is not there. My neighborhood is not bad, since I have moved-in they tell me they cannot come out after dark, meaning my order needs to be in 30 min before sunset. Rude, disrespected and unresolved my phone calls are rush and they have no respect for my needs or time. I have been left with canceled orders more than 5 times, without acknowledgement. I have a family to feed and I hate my children have to wait and be lied to by me expecting their pizza to be delivered. The time changes throughout the year and sometime I even call 30 min before sunset and my order is cancelled anyways.
I politely called and got in touch with the main manager, he apologize and fixed my issue. As a matter of fact he said I am not in an area where that should be happening, there is not sunset policy. So now it has continued to happen whenever he is away this time a lady name morgan said she could not help me even with me telling her the information relayed to me by the store manager. I am tired of putting so much time into perfecting my relationship with this company to be disrespected over the phone and not listened to. I would like to just know what is the policy so I can work with it. How i can get the pizzas I promote and customer service I deserve....I am always buying pizzas for friends and family and learning your company. I just want a balance...
