I’ve used this location twice and will not be using it again. Both times my order was unable to be completed due to missing product, which is understandable but the customer service is horrid.
I placed a mobile order last night and on arrival, they had paper signs everywhere with the products they were out of, including grilled chicken which is what my sandwhich was.
The man working was late 20s to 30s and had a shaved head. I let him know that my order would need to be refunded. He got annoyed and told me I needed to do it through the app. When I stated you cannot do it via the app, he got hissy stating he “does this every day”. Proceeded to stop mid refund to call someone outside of the store and ask if I can do it via app. Acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of his day. I find it interesting he “does this every day” but made such a hassle of it. I didn’t throw a fit that I wasted gas and time since they opted not to close their mobile ordering when out or so many products so I’m not sure where his attitude came from.

Read moreEvery time I have been to this location. The employees are rude and short with me. They act as though they don't like their job. It makes for a terrible customer service experience. I refuse as much as my kids love they spicy intalian sub, to ever go to this location. Also what is inconvenient is having to make a complaint online and their website. It gets less personal.
