Waffle House — Restaurant in Columbus

I went into the Waffle House and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a double order of hash browns with onions to go. When I got home I discovered that I had a single bacon cheeseburger and a single portion of hash browns with onions I will not be going back to this Waffle House anymore. This particular Waffle House is located on Buena Vista Road in Columbus Georgia. I decided to give this place One More chance. I am regretting doing so because out of four people working there was only one that had a hairnet on. With only one table in the place occupied I find it amazing that they would make you wait to place an order to go. Everyone in this place is running around like a chicken with his head cut off like they don't know what to do will someone please train these people. I am completely done with this place after this visit so I definitely will not go to this particular Waffle House or any other Waffle House and I will tell everyone I know to avoid all Waffle Houses because of cross-contamination. I would like someone to tell me how someone can come to the front and start working and not even wash their hands. I've been coming to waffle house for years. The prices just went up again. I understand egg prices are expensive, but 50 cents extra per syrup. Graduity for carry out is ridiculous as well. Also, on your website, you should allow people to add extra eggs. If they want it with their meal, there's no option to add extra eggs, but there's an option to add extra hash rounds. The service is great, but whoever figures out these prices. You would get more service if consider the customer. That's not the first price increase.This is about the third in the last year. I ordered the same thing most times. I come in every time it's a different price. Also, at 1 point after 11 PM, people couldn't eat inside the restaurant. I don't know if this is still the situation. But most people I know that eat at waffle house eat late. Certain waffle house are getting the prices right some are not. Store had terrible customer service first i get to the store i park up and as im getting out we saw one of the servers i believe her name was shelly o her customer service sucked badly it grossed me out how she was smokin a cigarette than comes inside and serves me at the table with that disgusting smell of cigarrete and she didnt wash her hands at all than had the nerve to bring me my waffle all soggy and undercooked and the coffee was really bad !!
