I've patronized with this business several times but for whatever reason today when I went there were three people in the truck and one lady was sitting at the back of the truck eating and I don't know what the other two were doing so one no one greeted me okay cool, I wanted to look at the menu anyways. So when I'm ready to order I said hello. No one answered so I went to the lady that I saw and said Are you guys taking any orders right now? She didn't even look up. She actually seemed annoyed that I interrupted her eating. Okay Well it's a taco truck and there's three people on the inside, everything is open so I would assume I can place an order. So I proceeded to say if you guys aren't taking any orders right now that's fine I can come back later, She still didn't say anything. She just went over to the register and asked what I wanted to order, mind you I was the only person there. No one else was in line. I just thought it was rude, especially since I'm spending my money with this business that I have patronized with several times! Customer service is very important to me and I probably...
Read moreEdit: Prices have gone up, but so did food costs. A taco is now $2.50 and still a great deal. More importantly, they have an outdoor handwashing station. During this pandemic, that is greatly appreciated. This truck is frequented by labor workers, often coming straight from a job to eat. I appreciated getting to dig into my Barbacoa tacos, with clean hands, as soon as I got them.
My local taco truck is delicious, every time. Suadero and Chorizo are especially yummy and my kids love the quesadillas.
Addressing some negative reviews - it is always first come, first serve. You can call in an order and often people order, go inside to sit and come out. I have never seen them pick and choose folks out of line order to choose their meal. Yes, every week their prices 'change' because they have a weekly taco deal. This is something to be thankful for. Also, when extremely busy (15+ people in line, which happens when you sell good food at a good price) they don't have time for pleasantries, but I've never seen the women be rude or...
Read moreGreat, traditional northern Mexican tacos, burritos, tostadas, tortas and tamales. Chicken tostadas are phenomenal, but must be eaten fresh, cannot be held long. Tacos and burritos are great. Also have Aguas Frescas homemade. Shrimp cocktail on weekends. Inexpensive and friendly. Excellent value and quality. One exception is tamales are only ok. Update: They have a, larger truck. Seems like a couple more staff and faster service. The newer tamales are also better than before. I’ve been working my way through the menu and everything I’ve tried is really good. (New pics posted). Another update: prices have gone up a bit lately (like everywhere). 6/20/23 update: adding new photos of the menu showing new prices -cash prices. Credit card prices are a few cents higher per item. Also, if you’re in the mood for a burger, I highly recommend the...
