I stumbled upon this place during my search for birria tacos, which were delicious . They also have a large menu for other Mexican food, which I cannot speak to. The atmosphere is fantastic, with Mexican music playing and all of the decor with Mexican artwork. It feels very authentic. The restaurant is also very clean and the workers continuously clean it while everyone eats. The service is also very good. You receive a table and the food is brought out to you in a timely manner. One thing to note is that the birria menu is a little confusing. It is just printed paper copies of pictures of food with handwritten prices. It sounds non problematic but the picture has tacos with a bowl of consome (birria broth) and handwritten Spanish words. We luckily caught it early, but the words say that you only get the consome if you order 4+ tacos. People that order less than 4 and expect consome are going to be very disappointed. Another disappointing note is that tacos with cheese are over a dollar more than the regular ones. Regardless, come to this place for some really good birria (and probably the other food).

Let me tell you … this place is outstanding! I finally was in the area and decided to give this place a try. I had been looking for the best Birria tacos in Columbus. It was Saturday around 12:00 pm. The place is quaint and had about 8-10 large tables. Every table was filled. They did have a couple tables outside. The atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was friendly. As I walked up to the counter, I surveyed what people were eating. The food looked amazing! The menu pictures on the wall needs to be updated; it just doesn’t give a clear representation of what you get. I ordered the Quesabirria tacos. You get 3 of them. There is a side of consommé for dipping, with radish, carrots and grilled onions. I didn’t eat the radishes, however, the carrots were quite favorable. The tacos were AMAZING! The meat was tender with good flavor, real cheese and the dipping sauce was just as tasty. I was expecting spicy, but it was just right. You get a green and red sauce along with some fresh lime.

Another solid option for authentic Mexican cuisine with a large menu to pick from! This spot can be a bit overwhelming because it’s fairly small and when you walk in you are essentially standing in the middle of the dining room looking at a wall of (constantly changing) menu items to pick from. You don’t have a ton of time to decide so I would recommend familiarizing yourself with menu items via Google or Facebook reviews as I couldn’t get their actual website to load. Once you decide you place your order with the kitchen and are then given a table to sit at. Seating is limited and make sure you get what you need when you see your server. Tacos tasted great and both salsas we tried were fresh and had great flavor. The quesabirria tacos were good as well as the consume. European style so no free waters haha (only bottled). Will be back to try other menu options!

This place has an abundance of both delicious food and delicious desserts and regardless of your ethnicity or nationality, I can almost guarantee that you will find something that you'll love. However, I do have a few minor complaints. Because of the recent expansion and influx of large amounts of business, none of the few, available tables for dine-in customers to sit at were clean and neither was the floor underneath said tables. There isn't a designated waiting area so we had to sit at a table that was filthy. Also, it seems like there is a large language barrier between some of the workers and English speaking customers. I found this out when I ordered a dinner item that wasn't written in Spanish - a Philly Cheese steak. A large majority of the items are written in Spanish and are easily pronounceable for the most part if you have at least minor experience with the Spanish language, so there isn't an issue with communication. But when I was asked what I wanted, the young lady who took my order looked really confused when I said, Philly Cheese Steak. She looked at me strangely so I repeated myself and it was clear that she didn't understand so I pointed at the photo. Unfortunately, she STILL didn't understand so when I repeated myself one last time, she looked annoyed and literally just walked off, leaving me just standing there wondering what happened. Eventually after a little time passed, another woman asked me if I had been helped. I told her that I had but wasn't sure if the previous worker got my order and told her I wanted a Philly Cheese Steak. She also looked confused so I pointed at it and I got another confused reaction. I did eventually get my food, however I felt like I was not only holding up the line and being a nuisance to the workers, but I was left to wonder if they even had a Cheese Steak because of the workers' reaction. While I didn't walk into an inherently Mexican restaurant expecting the workers to be expert English speakers, I did expect that they would have the ability to take an order in English for a dish that is advertised on their overhead display. The important thing is that you can't go wrong ordering anything from here be it ice cream or a dinner, everything is absolutely delicious even if some of the items are a...
