12/14/24... Back for lunch dining in today. Large old world pepperoni and mushrooms. Lasagna salad with bread and butter 😋 Great food, great service and all at a reasonable price!! Thank you Pizza House absolutely delicious!!

9/23/24.... Here for senior discount dine in only 20% off 3-8pm on Monday's. I'm having chicken parmesan with spaghetti comes with salad and bread and butter. My husband is having a double Traditional Italian sub with no garnished veggies. Brandy is our server great job!! She's friendly and professional. Their food is absolutely delicious and has been ever since I've been coming here!!! Thank you Pizza House and staff you all ROCK!!!

8/15/24.... Here for their lunch specials salad, drink and many delicious options! Jennifer is our server she did a fabulous job. Thank you Pizza House as always great food and service all at a very reasonable price!!

5/2/24... Love, love, love Pizza House for about 55yrs 😍 I started coming here back in the day at the corner of Sinclair and Lincoln Ave. Cari was our server for lunch today she did a great job 👍 Delicious as always!! We especially enjoy the lunch specials m-f 11am - 3pm 😋

1/4/24... Back for a early dinner tonight. I'm going with lasagna and my husband is going for his typical double traditional Italian sub. Carri was friendly, prompt and a happy server. She was on top of EVERYTHING!! I've been coming to Pizza House going on 55yrs!!!!! Gotta love Pizza House 😋😁😋 😁

3/31/22... Here again for lunch my husband is having open face Wetmeat ball & salad. I'm having Rigatoni, meatball and salad. Their lunch specials are the best bang for your buck! I've been coming to The Pizza House for 52yrs!! Wow time flies especially the older I get ☺️

3/3/22..... Here for lunch having a special they run M-F 11am to 3pm. Went for the old world pepperoni, salad and a drink for $8.50 heck of a good deal. Thank you for being open, your awesome staff 😊 and fabulous food 😋

As of today I saw they are reopening their dining room on 4/5/2021!!! 😋 We've live in the area for almost 49yrs, we used to go to Pizza House when it was on the corner of Sinclair and Lincoln. Same delicious meals at the location they're in now larger tables and area for our family and friends to enjoy their favorite food. Been living in Columbus 20 years and never thought any place could top Hound Dogs and Gatos. Somehow managed to not discover this place until about a year ago. Just barely edges out the previously mentioned joints to take the #1 spot for me as best pizza place in Columbus. Also happens to be the best pizza place I have ever been to outside Columbus as well. Like Gatos they also have 2 different kinds of pepperoni. The Old World Pepperoni, that during baking curls up into little grease-filled bowls of goodness is the way to go. I also like that they offer garlic, every pizza joint should. The Italian Fondue sauce is so damn good. Just order it to dip your pizza in if you like to go crazy on the sauce like me.

The only negative I have about this place is the pickup order process. Phone is always busy on the weekends. We always have to call 10x until we get through. Then it's so loud in their pickup area they have issues hearing the call. Then when you pickup its always so packed in the pickup room and takes forever. They really need a dedicated phone person on the weekends and 2 registers for checkout and ordering.

This place has a heavy dine-in atmosphere. I recommend it. Even though it's busy they seem to get you seated fast.

I would say the minor annoyances are outweighed by how amazing the food is, but they really should tweak the phone ordering and pickup process. They are clearly getting enough business to do so. No one wants to spend 30 minutes trying to get past the busy signal, then having to arrive 20 minutes early so I can wait and grab my food before it gets cold.

In reply to the owner I have always left tips. Not sure where you keep getting that we don't tip. Also I never asked for free food. If a item is not right that I purchased you would want it replaced. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FREE A REPLACEMENT WAS ALWAYS OFFERED. This is also a real review.

They do have great food but there have been a few times where our food was messed up and we called about it. They offered a credit we never said hey you need to give us a credit. There has been times I had to drive back to pick up things that was missing so we started eating there and only had a issue with our last visit. There was a fly that flew on our cheese pizza and I asked if it could be remade and the lady came out and said I am sure you ate items before that flies was on. I said I was not going to eat it and there was only 2 pieces missing from it and I told them.i was not going to pay for something a fly landed on and there was a manager that came out and he said don't come back you do nothing but complain about your food every time but we do not. We only had issues when we would get our food for takeout so we started eating at the restaurant. We also would tip the waiter when we ordered we would leave cash. When we would come with my friend she would tip on her card. This was our favorite place to order from because of the pizza and meatballs.
