Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

The main woman that is I believe the manager is a very nice blessing woman every time I went in even though they don't have many staff which they are hiring and they need help quickly they still was nice enough to feed me and my kids I went there one day and they were working for straight 10-hour shifts with no break How could somebody do that to somebody so nice to wear even though she had no break and only two employees with her still open her doors to me and my kids and served us God bless her I recommend pilot Wendy's on Wilson Road then any Wendy's in the whole entire west side. If you go to the one on Harrisburg Pike you might as well just go ahead and spit on your own food and then throw your money out the window and that's a fact the one on Harrisburg Pike is really rude and I cannot stand them please there there's only one employee there that is very nice and she's a Hispanic woman but I haven't seen her in a while because I stopped going there because of how rude they are Wendy's doesn't serve any type of ice cream or Frosty's after 10:00 because they clean the machines but if they say that they are cleaning the machines before 10:00 or before 9:00 at least they're lying and that's exactly what the lady from Pilot Wilson Wendy's told me God bless her soul because she is really nice woman short red hair. I was say her name but I can't remember it God forgive me for that because I should have remembered it because of how sweet and nice she was to me but needless to say don't waste your time go to the pilot Wendy's on Wilson he will not regret it. And be polite because these people work their butts off and you know what at the end of the day it's you treat people how you want to be treated. I hope the Wendy's staff at Wilson pilot have a wonderful blessed day for the rest of their lives just because the way they did me and my kids they really had the lineup saying they're about to have a break and they took it down just for me and mine that mattered to me Society nowadays has gone to you know what we need to stick together not against each other like I said again and I will say it again treat people how you want to be treated. Me and my husband went there and we're super irritated by the lack of service and urgency We stood in line waiting for 30 minutes just to place our order They had one person working the register and there was at least 20 people waiting in line The Cashier kept wanting to have a conversation to show off that he knew how to speak Spanish While another Kept running back-and-forth joking around When it was finally our turn to place our order they switched out cashiers and we were left with a lady that had no idea what she was doing I say that because when we ordered one large peppermint frosty and 1 large chocolate frosty She did not put a large Chocolate frosty after we've said 3 different times that is what we were ordering Then she asked if that was and our screen did not show one large chocolate frosty so we said something to her and she said just to cancel The order Then she asked what we wanted to gethe laughter 4 times of telling her that we wanted one large chocolate frosty and 1 large peppermint frosty She didn't know what we want to add I get times are tough and everyone short staffed But it seems like hiring a bunch of 14 Year olds And expecting them to know what they're doing instead of showing them Then the best part ever we get our food to eat and sandwich had tomato that was asked for none The peppermint frosty had less than the chocolate One The one sandwich had a tiny little chunk of lettuce on it And barely any sauce Then we were asked if we wanted any hot sauce for the chili We said no and we were given it anyways If we come back here I will definitely be staying away from this Wendy's They are unorganized Unprofessional Inexperienced And I do not trust them...

I am very very very upset at this location. I am a very busy person so I have found the time to complain.I went to this location around 5pm at the beginning of the month of May. I had went thru the drive thru and order nuggets fries and a small frosty. Half and half. When I got the food it was fine. When I had gotten the frosty it was liquid at the top like it had been sitting. We turned around and went back thru th e drive thru and asked them if j can have another one because how it looked. The girl tells me she can't. I asked to speak to a manager. As she went to get the manager. This girl that worked at the front counter. Long hair blond brown hair. She is a lil chubby came to the window and said what was going on. I had told her (thinking she was the manager). She stated, "I am not going to replace it for you. You will have to buy another." I told her I will not buy another one. I have the one in front of me. I am giving back so I can get another one. She then stated, " I don't care. You will have to buy another. I am not going to replace it. I don't care we are not replacing it. I asked her is she the manager she said no. Then why r u speaking to me. Spoke to the manager and he had replaced it for me. I then complained on the worker. I has went to her he had laughed with her and she shrugged her shoulders. So I will NOT be coming back. Customers are always right that is...
