El Lechon — Restaurant in Commerce City

This place is a great place to go if you hungry. They will have you pay for your food give you a pointless pager and wait over 45 minutes so they can FORGET & never make your order. Once you confront them about your order they act as if everything is totally normal and just continue to say we don’t know what you order or why we forgot. Now you have to repeat your order just so they can find the ticket still sitting on top of the rest.Owner doesn’t offer to make your order or even seemed a TINY bit concerned. I proceeded to ask for a refund and I say I’ll just pay for the drinks I got (since she had opened them when I had placed my order) they didn’t even offer to at least cover the drinks for their mistake. It took almost 3 days to get my refund back. I was late back to work. Had NO lunch! & to top it all off watch everybody enjoy there LUNCH! El Lechon has been a spot I got to for lunch at work and for the most part they arent the best out there but, they're okay. I had a very bad experience with them today that will cause me to never go there again.

For 1. their chicharon tacos might as well be slime, there is 0 crispyness to them at all. I dont mind soggy chicharon but, they were very very soggy.

For 2. I got the asada tacos as well and took a bite of my taco to get a nice blonde/gray (not sure which one as I immediately puked) hair imbeded into the meat.

This taco truck is phenomenal. From the service to the food I’m extremely impressed! I don’t know what this guy leaving a one star review is all about but I’m sure nothing can make him happy. If you think a $3 taco of this quality is too expensive then you have bigger problems my friend. and you shouldn’t be eating out at all for that matter.
