Pour Tap House — Restaurant in Commerce City

Hi guys. So, decent beers on tap for sure. There were at least 2 sours on tap; Odell's freik and another pineapple sour cherry. Both were not of a medicinal taste. So good choice there as far as entry level sours. Having said that, never be shy to tell your server (Matt in this case) that there's not enough CO2 in the keg. This was the case for the anniversary IPA i ordered. Outdoor ambience is nice, there's an outdoor gas fireplace under the shaded gazebo that i can only assume is great in the winter time. There are at least 4 tables in the shade of the gazebo, which is nice in the summer heat. Charming inside as well. I did not penalize my rating due to the subpar food truck that took too long to setup. Advice for this business: bring 30amp outlet outside so the food truck won't have to run a noisy...

Know what you want before choosing Pour Tap House. If you want a large selection of bourbon, then this is your pub. (other drinks not so much.) Alcohol content per mixed drink is fairly high, so not a place for those who don't want the burn of the liquor. The drinks we got were priced between $12 and $16. There are a few beer choices around $6-$7 for the budget conscious. Friday evening after 7pm, we got the only open table as this is a popular bar. I'd guess that well over half of the customers border or fall into the hipster set, if that factors into your personal equation. Not exceptionally loud, but not quiet. I'm rating 5 of 5 based on you liking bourbon. That's not my preference, so Pour Tap House isn't likely to be on our regular pub list, but don't let that sway you. Try them at least once....

This is a great neighborhood hang, if you're there more than once the staff will almost always remember you, and what you like. This is a tap house so beer selections rotate frequently, however if you have the free digital pour app you can always see what's on tap, and how much is left. They have great cocktails, and one of the largest whiskey/bourbon selections in the city. The partially covered outdoor patio is a perfect place to hang out, with kids and pets. There are food trucks almost every night, if you follow them on social media they do a great job of keeping post updated with the truck schedule and changes. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area, or making a special trip if there's a food truck you...
