The last few times I have been here they have overfilled my cup and either the hot coffee came out of the top or the lid came off (or both) Or the lobby was closed or it took 10 minutes to get through the line.
Last time, they overfilled the cup and didn't put a stopper in it so even as she handed me the drink it spilled on my hands and then on my legs as I was putting it in my cup holder. The employee didn't apologize or anything for seeing it spilling on me (didn't even offer a napkin). When I tried to get it out of the cup holder, the lid came off and it spilled on my arms as I always hold the side of the cup and not the top. I was wearing long sleeves but I still got coffee everywhere but didn't get burned.
Today I asked for a stopper and got hassled because they are apparently "only for to-go orders" and she said she would do it this "one time". Her attitude wasn't great I just wanted a little green stopper but instead she gave me a sticker and even though I explained that I didn't know the rule she just kept giving me a hard time. Then I get to work and take my hot coffee out of the cup holder (happy that it didn't spill all over my legs on the drive there), again by the sides, and the lid comes off and spills all over me and the ground. Burned like hell. I tried to get a picture of my skin as it's all red and blotchy but it didn't work. This is a sucky way to start my day, Starbucks.
Before anyone argues that I squeezed the cup when I took it out of my cup holder, that was not the case. I was extra careful both times because my cup holders are low and by my legs and I didn't want to spill.
This place sucks, and while I like the coffee, theres another place to go on my way to work and they give stoppers without me asking or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place has always been okay but recently some of these ladies have had a serious attitude problem when it comes to fixing mistakes. I came here through the driveway and ordered a Grande when I pulled up to the window I received a tall. When told about the mistake I was treated very unkindly and with extreme attitude with one of the baristas (Abbie) snapping back at me saying NO . You ordered a small. I explained that no I had ordered a grande the drive through barista (Amanda) rolled her eyes at me and made me get out the drive through and come in to get my drink since it was āmy mistakeā. I didn't want to cause a stir so I did just that but I was very upset. After I came in they were all huddled talking and making me feel uncomfortable as if they were talking about me. Again I stayed quietly but this is very unprofessional. I received my drink by a much kinder person but it did seem like they just dumped the previous drink in a grand cup and added more ice. I really felt uncomfortable so I diddnt say anything and just left. Itās unbelievable that these ladies can throw such attitudes and tantrum over a simple small mistake that they made. Where is the accountability? You pay all this money for some what okay coffee and shitty attitudes? I get working in customer service can be a lot but cmon itās early in the morning some of us are just trying to start our day on a good note with some coffee. Shaking my head disappointed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEvery time I come to this location my drink is NEVER made right and NEVER taste the way it should. Not sure if they are just in a hurry or if they have employees that donāt know what they are doing but my drinks always taste like straight milk no flavor or anything. On top of it the other day I put in a mobile order online, came through the drive thru and gave them my name they said they would have it ready for me when I got to the window. Keep in mind Iām waiting in the line for quit a while so Iām expecting my drink and food item will be handed to me as soon as I pull up because one Iāve been waiting a while already two it was placed online a head of time. I get to the window after waiting forever and the lady tells me they are out of my choice of flavor for my tea and they are out of my food item and then asks me what I would like in replacement. So at this point after a long wait online and even placing my order a head of time on the app my stuff still isnāt made ? Why wouldnāt they ask me for my replacements when I pulled up to the ordering screen. I was 15 minutes late to work because of this. Not to mention I am a former Starbucks employee so I know how drinks should taste, I know how they should be made, AND I know that once you run out of an item you should mark them as āout of stockā on the mobile app so you donāt run into any issues like the one I ran into. This is ridiculous I hope a GM sees this and makes...
