Not a good review at all, but I am willing to try again. First time into this Starbucks in about a year. Shift lead Felicia very nice and professional, took my order and advised me that she couldn't put my venti drink in a trenta cup so requested. That was handled very professionally. I moved over to watch the barista make drinks and noticed that she was not measuring any of the drinks she was making, just pouring milk directly into the blender. I went back over to Felisha and asked her to make sure that my drink would be measured, because I can tell the difference when it's not measured and it also tastes different. Felicia looked over at the barista in disbelief and I told her that I just watched the barista make the drinks before me and she wasn't measuring them. Now I have no reason to lie at this point, just ask that my drink be made correctly. The baristas name is Brittney and she got upset that Felicia even asked her to measure the drink. She was finishing the drink ahead of mine when she slapped down the little shot glass that they use for the hot drinks and pour-overs. I knew at that time she was very upset and I tried to explain to her that the drinks DO taste different when they're not measured. Then she stooped there and lied to me saying, "I measure all my drinks" and then she proceeded to say " goodbye have a nice day" to cut me off when I was saying I just watched her make the last 2 drinks by pouring the milk directly into the blender. Now I'm not here to make anyone mad or unhappy, I just would like my drink made the way I ask. I drink a Caramel frappuccino made with non fat milk, no whip, with a tall scoop of ice, in a trenta cup every single day and have since May of 2013. This drink is my breakfast and lunch every day, so it is important that it tastes the same every day. The reason I like it to be put in a trenta cup is I add 30 grams of protein to it. I truly hope someone at the upper level is reading this, and they use this in training, for the new baristas to understand why the drinks are measured. It is really important. Thank you. Shannon...
Read moreStarbucks remains controversial as many people have a small part of their identity tied into what coffee house they go to. Seems people either love or hate Starbucks. I've been one to love Starbucks for their ability to make a drink exactly how I want it despite if I completely mutilate the original recipe. Although, this comes at a cost, a steep cost. Starbucks is not cheap by any means if you customize your drinks with my particular drink costing $8.47 for a customized Venti cafe latte. That's pretty steep in my books for a coffee. And with Starbucks having supply issues right now at the time of this review I can't even get the exact drink that I want as they no longer have sugar free Cinnamon Dulche syrup. So paying $8.47 for a drink that isn't completely customized to my liking is hard to swallow. No pun intended. Starbucks still remains my favorite coffee house to go to, but if prices continue to go up and supply issues continue I will have to find an...
Read moreI have been going to this Starbuck location for over 11 years and I am completely irritated on the current customer service. Several of the best baristas are or have left due to the new manager! The manager is awful and the new staff hired are not friendly, cannot get an order correct and take their sweet time making drinks during the peak of the morning rush during the week. Today, only one person greeted me (because he knows me and at the bar) and I waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. There was a customer waiting at the bar and had to ask several times where his two lattes were. I received my drink before a customer that was waiting before me, so tell me what is right about this picture. When Sasha was manager of this location, the staff was amazing, now those people are gone because they are also frustrated! If you want a customer of 11 years to continue coming please bring back Sasha, so she can train these...
