This is the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. It took 20 minutes to get to the window. I ordered 2 4 piece chicken baskets, 1 6 piece chicken basket, a mushroom swiss burger combo, & mushroom swiss burger sandwich. All in all it came to $34. I get to the window & there is one girl who is actually working & 4 others just standing around talking. I get a bag full of food with attitude because the girl had to put down her phone to walk the bag to the window, even saying "Really? You couldn't jyst walk it over there?" I leave & get home to find the burger combo & single sandwich aren't there. I go back to the store & let them know my food is missing, that I want my missing food & to speak to a manager. The girl that had handed me half of my food replied, "Why?" I said because I just spent $34 & 30 minutes of my time & then had to drive all the way back up here. When the manager (Katina who was very sweet) came out, I explained what had happened & that I had a picture of all of them stranding there talking & on their phones. One of the guys that was in the picture told me very aggressively that if he was in the picture that I needed to delete it because it's illegal to take a picture of him without his permission, which its not. I told him that information was incorrect, it's not illegal to take a picture of him. The manager offered to give me my money back, but the guy told her he was calling the cops. I just said forget it & left. I had 4 hungry kids at home & did not want to deal with all of that for some burgers. However, I will never give this place my money again. I cannot believe the way the staff talked to me. Instead of just saying, "I'm sorry. Here you go." They were aggressive & threatening. While the manager tried to stop the situation from escalating, the young man was determined to try to intimidate me, even threatening to break my phone if I did not delete his picture (which by the way doesn't even have his face in it, but he's covered in tattoos so there is identifying information). Read moreStopped by the Dairy Queen in Commerce hoping for a quick bite and a Blizzard, but left pretty disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, even though there weren’t many people inside. It took almost 20 minutes just to get a basic combo meal and ice cream.
The staff didn’t seem very friendly or motivated — no greeting, barely any communication, and it felt like they were annoyed just taking our order. The food was lukewarm, and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. The Blizzard was okay, but definitely not mixed well.
The place itself could use some cleaning and better upkeep. Tables were sticky, floors needed a sweep, and the drink station was a mess. I’ve been to other DQ locations that were much better. This one needs some serious attention to customer service and cleanliness to be worth...

I have been here 3 years and I have seen ppl without gloves, dressed out of uniform, without shoes, one day a kid was in the back cooking and kept licking his fingers after gathering food and ice cream....he handed it to the customer and. ......it takes forever to get food or drink!!!!!..I mentioned about gloves, lids ex even the kid that wasnt to be behind the counter in the drive though but they gave me a nasty look.... ...every time we go one : they hand out icecream without lids...two: over flowing everywhere in the car..three: give you a wad of napkins that look used or four order is wrong..!!! ...example ordered tenders for my little girl and there was one tender they ripped in half and gave it to her.....I...
