I just want to let you know that today at 4:00 pm I stopped by for some drinks and unfortunately the service with a girl there, she with very bad service was terrible, I bought several drinks in which I ordered 3 Caramel Frapp, they had no flavor, it was just one drink very clear like milk and foam which I told the girl she got upset and with her very rude attitude she told me that's how it was I told her Nope..!! Read moreVery sterile and modern but the largest Starbucks Ive ever seen.. looks like they have enough room to conduct an alien autopsy in the center of the room. I’m from Pasadena so Starbucks are small here. It is surrounded by county buildings and other businesses. The staff, well, the ones I’ve encountered, have been nice, they collected them from various Starbucks in the area I was told. The first thing I said, after entering these hallowed halls was. “Thanks for finally opening, me and my coworker have only been waiting 20 years!!!” To which the barista giggled. It’s true!
I heard they gave away free stuff for the opening and I didn’t GET ANYTHING!!! Loyal customer that I am, now that’s just wrong.

I loved going here for my coffee drinks because it’s closer to my house and was happy before until I encountered her today, now I don’t know if I want to go back…really Starbucks managers should really train or think twice before putting a person like that to greet and service people, Marissa forgot to charge me for the added bakery items then she didn’t say “Thank you” she just closed the window and walked away.
