I went through the drive-thru to order food for myself, my husband, and our friend. At the start of the order, I forgot to mention that I needed separate orders for myself and my husband, which I understand caused some confusion. However, while requesting the second meal, I realized my mistake and corrected it before proceeding further. Despite this, the drive-thru attendant became so confused that she needed her manager to take over.
Once the manager took over, he placed my order correctly, but more issues followed. The same attendant who struggled with my order handed me the wrong drink. At the second window, both the manager and another employee seemed unsure about the food, and I overheard them mention an extra burger. I asked the manager if the order was correct, and he assured me it was, saying he had placed it himself.
After driving 20 minutes home, I discovered that my drink was incorrect and my husband's meal was missing. I called the restaurant, and Sonny, the manager, offered to remake the order for free at any time. However, I explained that it wasnāt actually 'free' since I had already paid for the missing item. I asked for a refund, as I paid by card and live 20 minutes away, but she informed me that I would need to come in person for a refund or have the food remade.

The food was good but not fresh like i was expecting being a just opened fast food restaurant. I ordered the #13 chicken tenders. The chicken was somewhat hard and dried out. The fries were warm but had just the right amount of salt. The gravy wasn't warm. I could tell it had been sitting. When I came in, it was so peaceful. Music wasn't too loud and overbearing like some places can be. The employees seemed to want to stay behind the counter and chat. There were many dirty tables even though there were just 3 or 4 people sitting to eat. I said something, and the lady seemed somewhat annoyed that I said something about arriving customers sitting at dirty tables. But once I told her, a few employees came out and actually started cleaning up the lobby.
Overall, I will be coming back sometime in the near future to give it another shot and update my review as to how everything is going and the food is. I really love whataburger. It's one of...

So upon arrival I entered and got the customers food, then I realized it was extremely cold. Her breakfast was cold including her coffee, so I asked the cashier is it possible for a remake as I didnāt want to deliver cold food cause it messes up my Uber ratings.
