First time I came they took a while but they were nice and order was correct so I didn't mind. 2nd time the Cole slaw was bad so I got off and to change it, I waited like 10 min for someone to come to the register. On that occasion they were obviously understaffed and employee did apologize for the inconvenience so we let it go. However, yesterday my husband was craving a burrito so we go by the drive thru. The girl at the window didn't greet us, gave us the wrong drink and didn't even give us the receipt. I got off and walked up to the register and no one ever approached me, I had to say excuse me a couple times for someone approached. I saw at least 8 employees so they were not understaffed. The girl just said "Yes?" I told her about the drink and she didn't apologize or anything just held a finger up and left. A couple minutes later she placed the correct drink on the counter and left. I called after to ask for my receipt but she said the drive thru wasn't printing. Obviously I won't return a fourth time. Edit: I came here to lower my score from 2 stars to 1. Read moreMy wife and I were in the area and we stopped by on Sunday to have dinner. Our first impression seemed something wasn't right as there were no other customers inside. We walked up to the counter and there were like 6-7 employees just standing around talking, maybe 1 was at the grill. We ordered our food and then headed over to the fountain drink machine. I noticed right away the counter there had not been wiped down in a while and had numerous stains. We proceeded to fill our cups and then started to look for a seat while waiting for our order. We noticed every table with the exception of one, was covered with trash, food etc. We sat down at the table, however we did have to wipe it down ourselves. Read moreThis place is horrible ! I placed an order around 8 at night because the website said they close at 9:30. When I got to the place , everything seemed empty . We called multiple times with no answer. After so many tries, the employees finally decided to pick up so we explained that we had an order to pick up and they claimed to be closed . Many others have complained about this location closing early due to “running out of food “ or claiming to be closed earlier than stated online . If they close early then there should be an update on the website or on the app. We talked to the manager, trying to figure out how to get our money back since the app allowed us to place an order and charged us. We only received a vague response which was not helpful at all. Pollo loco will seriously lose some business if their employees decide to close early...
