Starbucks — Restaurant in Compton

I ordered a Venti Caramel Brulee Latte and it tasted like a white hot chocolate. When I called and explained to the person in charge that my drink was wrong, she insisted that I stated the wrong thing. I don't understand how Caramel Brulee Latte = Milk with White Chocolate Mocha syrup. When I went back to get my replacement I waited 20 minutes for them to give me my drink that they messed up. To make matters worse, there were people there who had already been waiting for their own orders, and by the time I walked out the door they were still waiting for their drinks. I understand that the holiday drinks make it crazy busy, but maybe you should have more experienced employees working at this store instead of a bunch of people who don't even care about their customers. The drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside and it was only me and my friend I ordered a drink and she got herself a juice from the cooler. I think it was only us two and another customer. Then shortly after a group of people came in. The girl who ordered after us got her drink first we didn’t mind because it was a small drink and two cups of water. It’s been 15 mins and then the girl is handing out the drinks to the group that came in after us and I just asked for a refund and she’s going to say oh your drink is over there it’s been sitting there. My question is why couldn’t she tell me it was ready or called out my name. And when I asked for the refund she’s going to ask me are you sure after telling my drink had been sitting there....

Thought I'd write a review on this starbucks because it's already unacceptable! I used to come here alot, about a year ago, also friendly, quick, and efficient. I stopped coming for a while and started going again, and let me just say! This is the worse starbucks I have ever been to! It's been 3 times that I have came and they take 30 minutes to give you your drink inside or drive thru!! Staff is unfriendly, one time out the three I had a rude barista which I was about to go off on but she looked so young, still a kid, alot to learn! Please safe your time and go to another starbucks if you don't want a bad experience, last time I come here as we speak, I have been waiting 25 minutes for my 2 drinks and...
