Bambino's Restaurant & Bar in Concord - pasta, pizza, full bar and tap room — Restaurant in Concord

We were a party of 10 we did 2 seperate tickets food was good .my sister in law ordered a plate that she wasn't satisfied with the flavor. my sister in law didn't touch the plate she expressed how it was too sweet. and our waitress cared less nor even asked to exchange the plate .which was only the beginning of the worst part. my sister in law ordered a large, and ,medium pizza to go. the large being a specialty pizza and clearly asked for no olives. as her husband is allergic to olives .the waitress said got it! We waited and paid our bills .coming out to almost $400 dlls we get the pizzas to go our mistake was not checking the large pizza we drive home to find a bunch of olives on the large specilty pizza. we called to tell them .thinking easy fix just make another pizza right ? well they said we never ordered a special pizza which we have record of .then the manager says that ourwaitress repeated our order which was a lie. so the manager says the best he can do is give us a discount on our next pizza order what a petty and pathetic thing to do .soo unprofessional. i will never go there although the rest of our orders were good they lost customers over a pizza with olives that they refused to make right they screwed up our order then argued with us we dont need a discount id be ok with paying full price the fact that they didn't own up to their mistake. And argued with no sorry nor concern nor offer to make it right was enough for us to never dine in how petty...

Well hello there, this was my first visit to Bambino's Restaurant and Had heard that the food was good. When me and my husband walked in there was 5 tables open to sit and have dinner indoors. No one greater us so we grab a couple menus and sat ourselves. The staff was standing around the cashier station and looked over towards us but didn't come to our table. About 4 minutes later I went up to asked if we could order food and they said sure. Well I guess they thought I wanted it togo but wanted to eat in the bar. 10 minutes later they handed me a bag with dinner . Huh ok. They told me my lasagne came with GARLIC BREAD. NOPE, I got a very small bread stick.. dry, no garlic or butter on it and it was cold. The lasagne was ok but there was two bay leaves left in sauce and I got them. Im sure this place has been here for sometime now and they have a few other locations so won't judge them on this visit but I know I will...

Large full bar is very popular with the locals. The food is very good, very consistent. For lunch, can't go wrong with the Parmesan Chicken Sandwich, served with a bowl of pasta. The pizza is very good too. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly and staff is attentive (the owner makes sure of that, aside from the fact that the staff appear to enjoy working there). There is a huge selection of choice beer on tap, and the bar tenders know their stuff if cocktails are your thing. The parking lot can get busy, but I've always managed to get a space. The restaurant has two sides: The sports bar side with TVs everywhere, and a quieter dining salon. The bar stretches all the way across both sections. My humble opinion: Easily in the TOP FIVE UNPRETENTIOUS places in Concord to enjoy a nice meal or drinks! Too many places in the area that are "all fluff and no stuff" - Bambinos is surely not...
