Worst experience I can remember. I ordered online and the email they sent said to be prompt picking up my order at 6:30 to maintain food safety. I ordered at 6:14 and arrived at 6:33. Three different people asked me about my order but never came back. While waiting 2 of the waitresses argued about another that was in the restroom and how she always disappeared. I heard this from the other end of the counter. I am sure a lot of people heard it as well. At 6:50 I was asked again and she found my order. That was 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I thought about the food safety mentioned in my email. I did let the lady know how long I had waited and her comment was "we are understaffed". I understand that but was disappointed that is all I got back. I did learn that with an online order you SHOULD NOT LEAVE A TIP. When I got home and ready to eat I did receive a helping of COLD food and did not get the fries. I felt like they should have at least seemed like they cared and maybe offered something for my time and cold food. I do understand help is hard to find and hate that for all businesses. I will go back but most likely will NOT use that online order again and for sure at R&R. And NEVER tip early. A tip is for exceptional service not...

Used to eat at R&R a lot back in the day however near the end it got really “dirty.” Not so much dirt but everything was sticky. The seats, table, and things in the table just needed attention and it seemed like the last 3-5 times we ate here it was the same so we stopped going here.

We saw the name change to Jake’s so we tried it again hoping for a different experience. Walking up I was excited about the outdoor seating with TVs! When we walked in it looked exactly the same but I still had hope for a great experience!

Things were the same. Everything was sticky. We said let’s try it anyway and the food was pretty good. Just expensive like everything else has gotten.

Our drinks were brought to us and all 4 cups were covered in the soda because they fill the drinks until they overflow. I said something to the server and she said “it’s just the drink.”

I hate to tell you most people don’t really want to have a hand covered in soda! Attention to detail is VERY important. I do t really want to have to clean my steering wheel and car because I ate at...

I was starving after a long day and as usual I was craving ribs and decided to try a different restaurant. I seen the reviews and reviewed the comments what not, it seemed like a good place so I decided to try it out, the service was good. But the food was something completely different, the ribs looked like they just slapped barbecue sauce on it, no taste nor crisp or anything! Mac and cheese tasted and looked like it was sitting out for a good minute. I got a roll with my dish, and next thing you know I received hamburger buns. The sweet tea was mid as well, the cup tasted like it wasn't washed well. As I was leaving I heard the waitress who was attending me say "they didn't eat our food" loud enough for everyone to hear. Like if I didn't pay for it. It wasn't worth paying for. Next time if she'd like she can pay for my meal since it so what bothered her. The meat also left a horrible smell in my mouth, so I do not recommend this...
