I don't understand why this place has a 3-star review This place is right down the road from where I work in the afternoons and I usually go there at least once a day and I get a caramel frappe and two shots of espresso in a cup on the side separately. The shift manager over there at least I think he's the shift manager his name was Don and this guy genuinely deserves some kind of a promotion or McDonald's needs to give him his own store this guy is incredible I guarantee you if he had his own store he could do really well. And McDonald's needs all the stores with great customer service in the North Carolina area that they can get. Every time I walk in he knows exactly what I want how I want it and he always gives it to me at a good fair price he even spoke to his general manager on how to get my shots of espresso cheaper for me. Because some of the other McDonald's franchises for a large caramel frappe and two shots of espresso they were charging me almost $12 that is ridiculous and then it wasn't even made very well and I feel as if I was being shorted on the Amount of Espresso I was given. But Don spoke to his manager and got it down to $5 and some change. You just don't see that kind of service at McDonald's anymore you really don't. So McDonald's if you're reading this treat that guy well because he actually cares about his customers and his employees you need to give him some kind of raise or advancement opportunity or in my opinion you should give him his own store because I guarantee you if you would give that guy his own store that place would do really well just off the great customer service alone.I'm not trying to only Harp on him the other employees are great it's just he stands out the way he operates and plus I know that place wouldn't be half as good if it...
Read moreI went there this morning 12/27/2015 around 10:30 am and simply asked a lady for 2 packs of mustard and the white lady who seemed to be the supervisor and looked heavy set, she clearly ignored me, once i was vocal about it she gets and attitude and tells me to shut up so I turned around and said WHAT!!!! with a louder tone because i was literally about to go off on her but once confronted she wimped out. That place is full of bad attitude employees with no respect for people and need to be handled before the wrong person comes in there and hurt somebody. People are not as merciful these days and they are not helping by being rude. This McDonald is the worst. For the record my cousin was treated the same way when he ordered. Pitful... She seemed to be upset about something and some other employees as well but she and the others do not need to take it out on customers, that is unprofessional. Im calling corporate tomorrow to report this too because this has so mad. Ive never had to report anybody in my life smh and im never going back there again even if i live close to it. Read morePlease do not waste your time eating or attempting to eat at this McDonald’s. Every time my family and I go through this drive-through we are asked to wait and pull up. They are understaffed (which I understand), but it leads to very upset customers. Today I used the app to order as I always do, and I even ordered and waited before getting in the drive-through. When I was told to pull around to the second window, I pulled up and had to sit for seven minutes at the first window looking at the kid taking the next order. Then once I got to the second window, I was informed that they were waiting for my fries and it was gonna be a minute and a half to two minutes, and for me to pull up to spot number 1. At that time, they’re were four cars behind me, and I said to myself, “Are they not getting fries??” At that time the car behind me pulled into spot number two in order to wait. Then five minutes later the third car pulled in the space number three to wait. By this time I have been waiting for my order for 13 minutes. I had my toddler grandsons with me, and I couldn’t get out to get my order. So I looked into the app about canceling the order. At that same time the gentleman that was in space number two got out and went in and got his order. As he came out, he motion to me and said do you have two happy meals?? I said yes. He said well they’re just sitting there on the counter. So I put the car in park, told my grandson I’ll be right back, and went in and got their food.
