Pasteleria Marcela — Restaurant in Concord

I don’t Recommend this place . I when to Pastelería Marcela to order a cake for my son ., the lady who talk to me was very Rude and reacting to everything I ask her about it, customer service at this place is very bad, she talk with attitude like we don’t know, I think when you profesional on something you got it demonstrate the best of you., the cake supposed to be half regular vanilla and half pineapple but the pineapple side was practically empty (no pineapple). We pay $25 dollar for a small cake and she ask us for $5 more to make it smooth and softer but we didn’t get that at all. 1st no customer service—2nd to much attitude,—3th she got mad 😡 because I told her to exactly what I want white and plain no decorations. Please guys before you order something from Pastelería Marcela try different store or place days before the party. I don’t recommend this...

If I could give more stars I would OMG!! First time trying there Tres leches with strawberries and nuts , I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect but it was the absolute best cake I have ever had. Holy smokes I thought the strawberry tres de leches cake was good their mocha one is a close call. But it's a perfect solution for my son who prefers chocolate and I love strawberry. We are getting the large sheet cake with half and half for his birthday party this weekend. I have purchased cakes from here for about 5 years and never any issues.
