This restaurant is located inside Condon Hotel in Condon, Oregon. I’m not gonna call it a bar It is a restaurant that serves a small, I presume changing menu of locally supplied ingredients. I had been traveling and hiking, however was not very hungry so just asked for a suggestion I was given a few choices, one was her favorite salad. later to find out she was the chef, the salad she recommended and added chicken to it to make it more of a meal, a little more exotic than I’m used to. The flatbread starter was an inspired creation with northwest cherries that made the meal. Chef is creative and energetic.
Great drink menu too!
The bar-b-q chicken was cooked perfectly, the locally made sauce was delicious. The white bean side was perfectly spiced and full of flavor - I would order the chicken again just for those beans.
I wanted to try more menu items but that will have to wait for another day.
