Subway — Restaurant in Conewago Township

Again disappointing to receive a cold steak sub, it happened once so I tried it again but never again. Also added a note to add marinara because it is not an add on option and that wasn’t done either. I also requested mayo packets because another sub is for my husband’s dinner later and they were not included. For me, the whole point of ordering ahead on the app is saving time. Other Subway locations place your order on a rack, so you can just pop inside and grab it. But this location doesn't do that. Your order is kept behind the counter, which means you wait until an employee is free to bag it up and hand it to you, surrounded by maskless customers in a busy spot between the register and the soda fountain. I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes to be handed the sandwich I can see sitting there. Really...

I'm from over an hour away and had to pick up 5 subs for the family. Im always sooooo stressed out at subways because i feel so rushed and anxious while placing big orders...but not this one! They had me totally calm and were very patient plus our subs turned out great! Cookies were good but i do remember them being alot fresher/softer the last times i got them....
