Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Conewango Township

I was at this location the other night, in the middle of watching a Pittsburgh Penguins game, surrounded by a bar full of people, only to have last call called at 943pm, watched 5 people turned away, even after seeing the website say they were open till 11pm. Manager Jen had her friend or boyfriend there who started argueing and acting aggressive to me because I asked why they were closing, Manager was useless and made nothing but excuses. After filing a complaint with the corporate office, Lisa called me, not a bit of empathy, sorry for your expierence, instead made excuses that that was winter hours even though the website says open till 11pm and defending her friend who the manager asked me to call rather than the corporate office. I will never step foot in another appleebee's based on this expierence. Lousy processes for business hours and patrons concerns, lousy follow through from the corporate office as well. Funny this place has a 3.5 star review and reading some of the reviews the service is lousy. Suggestion to this location, take the "Late Night Restaurant" out you are not...

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Waitress was friendly but very slow. We waited 17 mins for her to take our check and only after i asked her to take it she took it or it probably would have been longer. Place was not busy. We only waited as long as we did because I know people get busy doing things. Weve been here before amd the service was great. Price is good. You can goto a fast food restaurant for 12$ for a meal or go sit down and have a good actual meal. Seems like a no brainer.

I got the chicken and shrimp. I hate chicken. But it looked good on the menu so I got it. I'm glad I did over my usual burger. Probably the best chicken I've had. Definitely worth it. Place was also clean and had a variety of stuff on the tvs including MavTv. I'd recommend eating here.

I was going to take a star for the waitress but I just couldn't see doing so. The other waiters and waitress have always been great. I'm not letting a one time thing in all the times I've been here ruin my rating or thoughts...

Warren Pa Location.We are out of towners.We've experienced small town unwelcomeness in places so we figuered it'd be hit or miss,just grab dinner and go to our room up the road and relax.This was one of the best Applebees experiences we've had ever/Anywhere.And it went hand in hand with the whole town.Everyone we encountered was awesome in Warren,Such a friendly welcoming town with beautiful scenery.Back to Applebees.Everyone working there was Very friendly and Professional."Cathy" was our server ,She was great,Very knowledgeable of the menu and spot on with her recommendations when i asked her opinion.The food was really really good.The steak was perfectly cook.The Mashed potatos were Dynomite.But the highlite of dinner was the Ribs.I could go on and on.I hope our travels being us back to Warren Pa someday,This Applebees will be our first stop.Thanks Applebees,And Thank You...
