Thoughts: I actually come here a few times of year, there isn't alot of choices in warren, and I need a variety sometimes. I get my order messed up frequently, and I'm too stupid to check my order before I leave, so I always have to drive back and exchange food and wait an excruciating amount of time (again) to get my order fixed. I'm always very polite about it though, my motto is "Everyone makes mistakes" but the last time I went back the Cashier that waited on me YELLED AT ME for driving all the way back and returning my food, and insinuated I just was trying to get free food. I took the verbal assault and insult in good grace and left the store without raising a fuss, but I vowed to never come back, If I have friends with me that want to eat there, I just have them pick up my order for me, so the place still gets my money, even after all I've put up with.

CONs: There is at least one mean lady working there. I doubt they ever change the oil in the fryers because I ALWAYS get sick after eating there, and deep fried items taste like they've been cooked in old oil. Place is not very clean, there is always crud and crust under every edge and corner of tables and counters, they never do any serious,...

In past visits,I have been fairly pleased. This last visit,however,I was very disappointed! I ordered the Smokehouse sandwich,based on the menu picture...horrible idea! The sandwich wasn't anything like the picture. Now,I am a reasonable person,and I get "marketing tactics". But I may as well have ordered a fish sandwich. It would have been as close to the picture as the real sandwich was! And,to top it off,75% of the meat,was FAT. I brought it to the attention of the shift manager,and asked him why it didn't look anything like the picture. And how do they expect people to pay $7 for a sandwich like I was served,and be satisfied with it?He said that they were only allowed to put a certain weight of meat on the sandwich. Ok,I get that. But,don't misrepresent it by putting up a picture of something,knowing that it will NEVER look like that. And,if you are going to deceive the public like that,at least make sure the majority of the sandwich is...

We come to warren pa 2xs a month and we have stopped here the last 2 times. The first time my.only compliant was all the fruit flies all around the condiments. But i never spoke up, figured it was a one time thing. This time, we ordered, I used the restroom quickly. The place was empty. However the employee using the rest room stall next to me never washed their hands and went back to work. I asked my husband if a customer or an employee came out. Then when I came out, he already had our food, and the fries obviously been sitting a while. Once again, the fruit flies were terrible at condiments but this time they flew in our faces the whole time we picked at our food that had been sitting a while. What a waste of money. We won't be...
