McDonald's — Restaurant in Conneaut

I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I didn’t have to. I got here waited forever to order my food with only one person ahead of me who also waited forever. Ordered our food and they forgot a large fry. Then had to wait about another 20minutes for a large fry in which were old and cold on top of that our other food was cold as we had to wait over 30minutes for food. As I head to fill drinks all sodas were empty but root beer and Dr Pepper. And well I got one cup full of doctor pepper before that ran out so it was no choice but root beer for other drink. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with tarter sauce on them neither had it on there though my receipt showed it was on there along with the receipts taped to sandwich wrapper but neither had it on sandwiches though they drowned my sandwiches in extra Mayo. Now going onto the crew members the girl (colored green hair) was standing there saying I could just help whoever. Then after orders were taken she just stood there (as I said she forgot to ring in part of my order) the manager was telling the rest of crew idk do whatever. She didn’t seem to know anything. Definitely not a leader of any sorts while everyone just stood there... worst experience ever at a McDonald’s we are truck drivers we frequent McDonald’s often....

Everytime I come here it is the slowest visit and usually the order is wrong. I usually order on the mobile app would you think would be faster I've also tried to order at the speaker and still get the same results food that's not right as I ordered it and usually wait about 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru no matter how many cars are there. I was the first one at the window and still waited 12 minutes to be exact from my order to come out and it was a cheeseburger and a french fry and I thought well maybe they're making it fresh no the food came out lukewarm that was not fresh so what was I waiting for? But this is an everyday thing with them. Also went inside once and it's so chaotic in there they're not sure what's really going on and they are rude when you tell them they messed up they kind of scoff at you and it seems like they don't believe you but then they never apologize about their messed up when they do realize they messed it up place is awful . Point taken ordered a plain cheeseburger on the mobile app. What did I get a cheeseburger with...

Well I guess it was an off day for some I'd the staff here. I arrived at 7:20 on a Wednesday night after another long day on the road.

I simply ordered the Smokehouse meal for inside. No changes no additions or any extras etc..

What I got was a burger whipped into a to go bag and shoved towards me. I reminded this young lady that it was for inside. Her response was so you want me to put this on a tray. I responded with that would be great. So she simply drops the bag onto the tray and hands it to me. Lol!

Anyway arrived at my table, open up the bag and see the burger box on its side but no fries. Walk back up wait patiently to get someone's attention. Explain what I need, produce my receipt. Supervisor gets called up. Clerk that took my order confirms with supervisor. Attitude food prepper girl grudgingly gets my fries. Etc..

Anyway rest of visit went without incident. Both where I sat was sticky both the table service the seat and the surrounding floor.

So on par for a typical McDonald's visit No...
