Pizza King — Restaurant in Connersville

Never again will I order from this Pizza King. I worked just right down the road and order from here all the time. They always have my order messed up somehow. This past time I ordered pizza breadsticks with Cheese and they did not bring my cheese and a cherry coke. They forgot my cheese and my cherry coke. They said they would go get it and come right back. The girl with the Mohawk came back with my coke but not the cheese. I called back down there and the other female manger on the day shift assured me they would bring back my cheese. I waited for 30 minutes and called back because I still did not have my cheese. She told me they were extremely busy and she didn't think I understood what it was like working in the food industry. I assured her that I did because I have worked as a waitress. Push come to shove, she said she would give me a $10 card and have the lady with the Mohawk deliver it once they slowed down from lunch. UPDATE its been two weeks and I called back to do an order with Pizza King. The manager said she personally put $10 on this gift card but the balance is $0. Really!? I will never do business at this Pizza King again and someone should really get a handle on these workers. Our company down the road gives them a lot of business. The owners...

I placed a pick up order for a 10 inch pizza. I was told the pizza would be ready in a certain time frame. I go pick the pizza up 10 minutes later than what they say, it was a Saturday, because I know how busy restaurants can be on the weekend. How about when I get there there is no one at the register, but several people working that can see me standing there. No one said a word to me or looked my way! Two other people were waiting and received their food with no issues. After 15 minutes and saying excuse me 6 times, to the young man handing customers their orders, I asked if someone was working the register or could help me with a pick up order. He literally looked at me, rolled his eyes, puffed, and then said something while walking away. The next thing i hear is one of the employees behind the register say " come on let's be nice let's be nice" several times before the young lady working the register reappeared. She asked me for my name and I was immediately handed my pizza. Once I get in my vehicle and open the box sure enough the pizza was cold! You only get one time to make a first impression and let's just say...

Walked in to get a sandwich on a much-needed dinner date with my girlfriend. Ordered the nacho cheese appetizer only to find out that it is nachos with shredded cheese microwaved on top. When I returned the item and asked for it to be taken off my bill, I was met with attitude. Speaking to my girlfriend after the person taking our order left I said “well that was rude” out loud. After about 10 minutes, our food comes out my sandwich has potato chips, crumbled up on top of it almost like a garnish. Clearly somebody wasn’t happy about having to make a meal towards the end of the night or they didn’t like me commenting about how rude the person was over me asking to take something off my ticket. We paid for my girlfriend’s food and left, but we will not be back. I regret not taking photos because it was ridiculous. How small the chip crumbs were that I got lol.
