El Caballo Blanco Mexican — Restaurant in Connersville

Delightful, Delicious, Don't Miss Out! I have eaten in a lot of Mexican restaurants across the country, but El Caballo Blanco has the best tasting dishes across the menu than any other place I have eaten. Prepared right, full of flavor, and served quickly and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have several favorite dishes that I have tried elsewhere, but cannot compare to the magic they cook up here! Some of my favorites are Steak Ranchero, Camarones Diabla and Tacos Carnitas and Carnitas. The carnitas is full of flavor, juicy and simply amazing. Best food, large portions, friendly staff, very clean. What more could you ask for? We eat here quite often and have never been disappointed. The food is always consistent and good with large flavorful portions that are always hot and fresh. Victor is a favorite server of ours but any that have served us have been attentive and friendly. They genuinely seem to be happy to see you return, and care if you are happy so you will come back again. The Tijuana burrito is my main dish I like to get. Called in an order and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, so we figured the food would not be being freshly made. I got there in under 7 minutes and it was already in bags, ready to go. When I unpacked it all at home, everything was cold. My husband had ordered fajitas, but there were no tortillas. The food wasn't exceptional regarding taste, either. I had a combo plate with 1 tamale and 1 chimichanga, but the only way I knew there was a tamale there was by seeing the corn tortilla. Tasted nothing like a tamale. This restaurant is no competition...AT ALL...for El Reparo and we will not be dining in or ordering...
