Burger King — Restaurant in Conover

Feb7 2024 3pm i was in the area & i wanted a burger YES its the impressively HOT CHEESEBURGER that i only associate with this location.

December 16 2023 1135a SAME IMPRESSIVE HOT CHEESEBURGER & SAME...

11/14 update: +1 star! Two visits in a row I had good, friendly service. Well done!!

This is my 2nd visit - both times have been disappointing. The first time, I was in line and behind another customer in drive thru at 10:29a. They finished their breakfast order and pulled ahead. I pulled up, the employee said "one moment" and the sign changed to lunch. After a minute, they asked for my order. I asked if I could get breakfast "no it's lunch." Ok do you have any leftover breakfast I can order? "We are only serving lunch" so I left. Yes, I should have been sooner if I really wanted breakfast but I was also IN LINE before it ended.

This last trip, we tried ordering the PROMINENTLY ADVERTISED BURRITOS and the employee said "we don't serve burritos at this location." I was baffled. "Like you are out of them?" "We do not serve burritos at this location." Yikes. The food we got was fine, but I didn't get any syrup with my French toast sticks. I will probably stop again as it's the ONLY BK around but I will def lower my expectations. (and...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. YOU HAVE ABOUT A 50 PERCENT CHANCE THAT THIS LOCATION WILL GET YOU ORDER RIGHT. LAST TIME I WAS THERE I ORDERE 2 WHOPPERS, 1 ORDER OF FRIES AND 1 ORDER OF CHICKEN FRIES. I GOT HOME AND I WAS MISSING A WHOPPER. HOW HARD IS IT TO GET AN ORDER THAT ONLY HAS 2 WHOPPERS CORRECT CONSIDERING YOUR PRIMARY SELLER IS THE WHOPPER. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY NEW THEY MISSED UP MY ORDER AS I WAS DRIVING AWAY. REALLY THATS WHEN THEY REALIZED IT DOESN'T HELP ME NOW THAT IM 10 MILES AWAY. I ASKED HOW HARD IS IT TO GET MY ORDER CORRECT AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I WAS TOLD BY THE PERSON ON THE PHONE"THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WE ARE BUSY" WOW REALLY THATS AN EXPLANATION. WELL BURGER KING LET ME HELP YOU.
