I have went to this subway quite often and never had a problem. However, today I went there and did a mobile order. I wrote in the comments (which is pictured on my receipt) that I'd like to have the footlong wrapped seperate. And stated to please just put the veggies on one half. When I get there the sub isn't wrapped separately, so I ask if the veggies are just on one side because that still would've been fine. Brooklyn was very nice and asked if I needed them to remake the sub. Which I replied that would be great due to the fact I would be eating the other half later at work and the veggies wouldn't be good by then. The problem I had was then, another girl named Zoe mad a comment aloud and in front of other customers "that's why you order 2 separate 6 inches". Also, Zoe was not wearing the required visor/hat nor was she wearing a name tag. I responded to Zoe and said I didn't need her smart comments and maybe she should learn to read the orders. I've never had a problem with her before this but she always seems to have an attitude and terrible customer service. I've also ran a subway myself under Vicki Joyner and this is very unexceptable. Regardless of what Zoe thought, all that needed to be done was correct the order as per requested on the mobile comment section and leave it at that. Read moreI placed an online order that my daughter picked up. The whole order was wrong. I ordered a turkey and ham on white bread toasted that was not toasted and had no turkey. Also ordered the Philly cheesesteak wrap with pepper jack cheese add tomato’s, lettuce, banana peppers, vinegar and chipotle sauce but the wrap was cold with only steak, peppers and onions. When I took it back, the older guy named Zack said that I didn’t order it that way and I showed him my receipt that was correct. After looking at my receipt, Zack said that the store employees do not get the same receipt that is given to the customer when online orders come through and the copy he got did not say to toast the sandwiches or add anything. If that were true then every online order would be returned for not being made correct. He would not show me the receipt he had to make my sandwiches, said he didn’t know where it was. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, I was met with a dismissive look, as if to say, "So what?" No apology, no offer to replace the lettuce—just indifference. To make matters worse, we had a coupon we received in the mail last week that we planned to use, only to be told it was expired. This was frustrating enough, but then we noticed that someone behind us had a similar coupon that wasn’t expired.
