Little Italy Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Conoy Township

The food was really good but our "in house" experience was not all that positive. ALTHOUGH, the potential was there for greatness. The place was clean and inviting. The restroom was clean and bright. The exterior was neat and inviting. The manager was involved in the dining room as well as the kitchen. A lot of positive stuff happening at this place. We had a larger group, 12 people, and we called ahead with our pizza order. When we got there, not all of us at exactly the same time, but within 10 minutes of each other; they had our table set up and ready. GREAT! Good start. But as we gathered and our drink order taken, we also ordered some additional food. This is where the service/ maybe kitchen service broke down. It took a long time to get the additional food order and refills on drinks. Our servers were nice but seemed to shy away from serving us. And it seemed like, not saying this is true, that the take out service took top priority. Would I go back? Absolutely! I'd try it again. Maybe we just hit an off day. Inconsistent. Sometimes the food is great, but it's so inconsistent. They never tell you if they're out of something, instead they just make it however they can at the moment. No matter what happens, they never ever offer a refund or anything else for their mistakes. Once, I ordered caramel dough balls and the cook had sprinkled salt over them instead of sugar. I drove back to get new ones and he didn't even offer to give me my money back. Tonight, I ordered a mini cannoli, and they must have run out of powdered sugar and chocolate chips, so they just drenched it in chocolate syrup. I wish they would have given me the choice, so I could have just ordered something else. It was pretty gross. Couldn't taste anything but the bittersweet chocolate syrup it was drowned in. I could go on and on about how many times I've thrown the food away. Once, we had to throw away two regular size cannoli because the filling was so sour. Disgusting. We ask for light cheese on the pizza, but they never do it. They just apologize each time for it not being done. Hate to complain and be picky about it, but after it happening yet again tonight, not sure if...

Needed something fast and on the way to a friends house. Found this place and figured we give it a shot. Is a nice clean facility from what we could see. Nice outside and inside seating areas but we did take out.

Got the food fairly quick and had like another 20 minutes to get to my friends house and eat. Which had me concerned for my cheeseburger sub and fries getting soggy. Sure enough no issues with either which impressed me. The pizza was delicious. When it came to the poppers, they were cheddar filled and were okay. They could have been better.
