Update: HOLY COW! Yall are the worst! You first give me cold burgers the cheese wasnt even melted, but this is after i sat there for 15 at the window without so much as a word from an employee. I get my cold food drive back around and was told to wait in line but this time behind 6 cars. I refused and pulled to the spot in front that says "wait here". I told her thats where i was going as im not going to sit in line twice. 4 cars got served so i go in and given them Iced double cheeses. Yes i had an attitude because.. OMG... so they remake my burgers. I wait another 25 min for them but they messed them up and they were barley warm.. ok now im BIG MAD i get out and trample through the pouring rain only to give them this catastrophe in a bag back and requested my money back. I was given a hard time about my receipt as it was still in the car but I gave them the whole bag back I explained to them what it was that I ordered specifically from the mobile app and menu and yet he still wanted me to run BACK out into the rain and it still took 20 more minutes I was literally there for an hour and got absolutely nothing besides a few new grey hairs probably lost sometime off my life from the stress and the anger these people put me through they were just so lackadaisical and couldn't care about the customers. I will be very reluctant to return.
Service there was a long line and I didn't have to wait very long but I'm not sure what they couldn't understand by extra cream and extra sugar in my iced coffee. It had no sugar it's so frustrating it's like what is wrong with McDonald's employees I swear it's every single McDonald's almost you try to change it up a little bit and it's like rocket science. Like make it how you make it always but add extra cream extra sugar I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about that. And don't even try to get them to give you a plain flavored iced coffee they just think they have they have whole meetings about it.    Read moreAbout a month ago, me and a friend visited this McDonaldâs. We both placed mobile orders for apple pies, I ordered one and she ordered two. When we arrived, they informed us they were out of apple pies and if we would be ok with substituting for a different desert. None of the other options sounded good so the manager (angel) said he would write our names down and we could come back at a later date to pick up our pies. When we went to go pick them up I explained this at the speaker and whoever was speaking to me was obviously irritated. I told her it was three pies, since it was me and my friend there to pick them up, and she said she would only honor two of the pies, not all three because I âhadnât spoken to the manager about this other occasionâ. Both occasions happened at the same time, on the same night, and we talked to the manager together. The manager I spoke to today was rude, combative, and aggressive. Came through the drive thru and ordered 1 $2 bundle, a #2 with a carmel Macchiato and #3 and request the #3 to be bagged separately due to my mom and I going to different places for work. The gentleman who took the order request all 3 be bagged separate instead of just 2 bag. Upon driving off we realized one of the bags was missing a hash brown so we walked back inside for it it be corrected. However the women Rachel who was spoken to when we went back in was more than rude using her hands to reference being annoyed that we ordered separate bags to show that she placed in 2 hash browns into the two meals and then went on to rudely explain that although we ordered a $2 bundle at the window that wasn't what we paid for so that's why there wasn't a third hash brown. Not by our error but by the man taking the order. The women really caused a scene using her hand gestures to give a demeanor that my mom who was asking for the correction was wrong for asking and like she was just extremely mad about having to bag separately.
