Arby's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I have held off on this post for years because i wanted to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt, but here it goes. This place is always super slow, expect to take 5-15 minutes if you order anything but a single roast beef sandwich(I have waited 15 minutes for a sandwich and drink). Accuracy and presentation are also issues, i have recieved the wrong items numerous times, and many sandwiches have been haphazardly put together. For instance i recently ordered a BLT, i received a turcky club that was sideways and smashed, bread covered in sauce, ingredients stacked as if the bread was on end instead of the bun being on the bottom and top. I use to love it here. But I will never return after my experience tonight. An employee named Brit was extremely rude and so unprofessional. She kept interrupting me when I was in the middle of ordering and changed my total 3 times. When I asked for a receipt she huffed and threw it at me. Also when I tried to give her money she looked in my car and saw I had money out and said can’t you just give me those 20’s when I was clearly trying to give her the correct change and the 20’s were not being used. It was like I was a waste of her time and she had other things to do. She also canceled a fry that I ordered and regretted to tell me and I was not going back through the line. This place has truly lost its way and it saddens me cause truly it is one of my family’s favorites. We ordered some jalapeño sliders…the jalapeños were still cold. We ordered more than one order of mozzarella sticks to get home and find we have only one order. (I have three boys two of which being 3 and 2) Not only that they were at most warm. Just poorly made anymore. I know mistakes are made but this happens constantly when we get food from there.
