They live up to that name "Best of the Best Quality"! This is some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. This place has quickly become a regular spot for me and my buddies! We've tried other Korean fried chicken spots in the area but none of them can match the options and flavors bb.q Chicken offers! I've tried just about every sauce/seasoning they have to offer and not a single one has disappointed! The variety of flavors makes it really easy for everyone to find something they like and the chicken is super crispy without being dry! Portions are good, and the perfect size for sharing if you want to try a few sauces with a group.

It's a perfect spot for anyone who loves boneless wings too since they're not giving your glorified chicken nuggets like most chicken wing places, you're getting nice big pieces of chicken here! Highly recommend gangnam style chicken if you like a little heat or the honey garlic if you prefer it mild. I have to give them praise too because this is the first restaurant I've been too in a long time where the food looks exactly like their pictures!

Service is always fantastic too, always super friendly, and happy to explain items or give recommendations. The staff is very polite and even learned our names after visiting just a couple times.

Yummy food and hot food. We was there like last Saturday and we ordered the cheesling fries. We got a call saying that there were no more and we would get a refund, but I'm still waiting on my refund. We would go back though. Also called but no one picked up, so I can get my refund. UPDATE! Dec 11,2022 I called them like on couple days about my refund, the person I talked to was like she put the refund back on my card and I told her she didn't. Nothing go resolved. We are in Md and was told can we go show up and show proof, we dint have time as of this moment. But I guess we not getting a refund back, since we dont have time to go up to Va . I'm giving this place , break and not sure if I'll go back now. Update June 18: decided to give this place another chance and it became more worst. We got a text saying that our food was ready, got in the store and the order got messed up. The asian guy who put the ordered together was opening up the boxes to see if it was correct, yes we appreciate that he checked but where is the communication that our orders was messed up. We had to wait 15 more mins to get our food. I asked him for some extra sauce and he mentioned that its not free, really you're going to charge me and you guys mess up my order and had to wait longer. This is another Korean fried chicken place like Bon Chon or Choong Man Chicken. They are still trying to get service down so it is still a little rough. First, they should set expectations that it will take 25-30 minutes to get your food. A lot of people are walking in thinking this is like a KFC and food is ready to serve. Nope, you have to wait and with every customer that leaves the apologize for the wait. They should just tell customers upfront that it will take 25-30 minutes so that they can decide if they can afford the wait. Now, about the food. It is okay and can use some improvement relative to Bon Chon or Choong Man Chicken. Their plain fried chicken was not seasoned (it was bland tasting and tasted like fried chicken dipped in batter that was not salted). The soy garlic was probably the best. The honey garlic was a bit dry. Also, Bon Chon chicken pieces are much bigger (drumsticks versus wings). Their food seems a bit pricey for what you get. $2 for a wing or drumette — you get better bargain for wings at Buffalo Wing Factory (more flavor choices and more wings for the same price). I may try them again in a couple of months and hope that service and even food quality improves.
