My family of 5 went here to celebrate my son’s graduation, he wanted a seafood boil. Let’s start by saying the water they serve is disgusting and it taste like faucet water, it was nothing fresh about it. Do better! The seafood boil was good but my husband’s salad was missing tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, and croutons like requested. The chicken they added on top was not grilled chicken, it was crispy chicken tenders. He asked for ranch dressing with his salad and 2 extra eggs inside his shrimp boil. He didn’t receive neither. The waiter we had who is also the manager name is Lee. Before he left our table my husband informed him of what was missing, and asked for utensils so he could eat his salad. Lee said okay with an attitude and never came back to our table. My husband had to get up and ask another waitress for what he needed. Her name was Capri, and she was super sweet and professional. Although she was swamped with her tables she still made sure we had all we needed, including napkins. After we finished our food we patiently waited for Lee to come to check on us and bring us our check. That never happened so again we asked Capri as she walked pass. She brought us our check and once I pulled my card out Lee came dashing to my table. Saying “Hi I didn’t charge you for your beers.” I took my card back and I said okay but I laughed like seriously 2 beers after the service we just received. Now the bill is at $250 because he added gratuity of $35 and said we had a party of 6. I said sir you see 5 people here and even if it were 6 people how dare you charge a $35 gratuity fee when you did absolutely nothing you were suppose to do, Capri did your job. I requested for him to remove the gratuity, he said okay. Then came back and asked if he could give Capri the gratuity. Absolutely not, remove the gratuity because the service was for 5 people not 6. He removed it because he knew he was wrong. However, I did cash app Capri her tip of $20 because she did come help and bring us what we needed. Lee should not be the manager of anything involving customer service and food. Not to mention the table next to us order was messed up as well. I would only visit this place again if he’s not my waiter because he turned me completely off. He called the police on an employee because she told him he needed to fix his attitude, he was nasty with all the customers. Rushed our orders cut us off in the middle of our sentences to tell him what we wanted. Decor and restaurant is nice, clean for most part, there was a nats problem that even staff mentioned as eating at bar they kept flying around an even landed on my friends food. The AC was leaking at bar on people and on floor (photo attached) They did wipe down the bar with bleach! I did no visit restrooms so not sure about that.
•They did add automatic gratuity added to each check but they do tell you as soon as you sit down, I don’t mind this at all and appreciate them telling me in advance because sometimes I don’t pay attention and I end up triple tipping not knowing. (When I returned 3rd time it was not added to my check, apparently only certain people do it)
•FOOD! After reading the consistent reviews about lack of flavor I asked what sauce would be the best an I landed on the Boom Boom Hot (Not overly salty an just enough heat)! not the best boil I’ve had but the boil was ok. One large potato and one corn (corn was old, did not eat) the bag looked very skimpy in relation to other boils I’ve had with the same amount of food in size/lbs. I also had the hush puppies with boom boom sauce, they where good. The kitchen is extremely quick, food was out within 10mins. (I went back an was sick as a dog up all night after eating here, the first time I didn’t feel well but not as bad! The 2nd time took me out)
•Drinks\shoots where well prices outside of happy hour! $5
•They have a tin roof so there is limited to no cell service sitting at the bar.
•My service/server was Ok ! I did find the conversations happing about complains/previous guest/managers with employees a bit much as I was attempting to enjoy my food.

Read moreI’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while, and I’m just now getting to it, but I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience here. I ordered 1 Dungeness Crab Legs (0.5 lb) and 1 Snow Crab Special (0.5 lb), totaling around $70. The Snow Crab Special included eggs, corn, and potatoes AS ADVERTISED. However, the Dungeness Crab Legs listing on Uber Eats states: "Served in a bag to preserve the flavors. Each pound comes with potatoes and corn on the cob." Despite this, my order did not include the potatoes and corn.
When I called the restaurant, the first person I spoke with acknowledged that I wasn’t the first to raise this issue and admitted it was something they needed to fix on the site. I then asked to speak with the manager. However, once he got on the phone, he completely dismissed my concerns about the false advertising and made no effort to explain how the situation would be resolved. I spoke calmly and respectfully the entire time, there was no yelling or disrespect in my tone, yet he hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.
I ultimately went through Uber Eats to get my money back, but it should have never came to that.
Coming back to this because of the response from the establishment. Now, I’m attaching the proof of the order from 3/6/25. The sentence was poorly written, so I hope they didn’t mean to call me liar saying I didn’t order from here through Uber Eats. However, that’s a poor response when you’re clearly at fault.
