China Dragon — Restaurant in Catonsville

I'm always nervous about trying new Chinese places because they are not all equal. My favorite place recently closed so I've been on the search for a new spor. I think China Dragon may be it. I ordered general tso chicken - it was dark meat but you can pay extra for white, good flavor, pretty fresh ; pork fried rice - I asked for no peas and carrots but it came with sprouts and onion... wasn't greasy or soaked in soy sauce; dumplings were bland (won't get these again); shrimp egg foo young was a winner! The patties weren't too eggy and the gravy had a rich flavor that wasn't liquidity or oily. Next time I'll ask for gravy on the side because I like to choose how much to add. Egg rolls were pretty good too. Again not greasy. I ordered later in the evening so I wasn't sure if I'd get day old food. I didn't... it...

They never have gloves on or hair nets on in there! Pull up and see for yourself! Also when I was picking up a DoorDash order for someone else, 2 staff members were mopping while myself and 2 other customers were standing there. One guy was mopping so close to me and this other gentleman, that he almost swiped our feet with the mop! I yelled at the man and told him to watch out and to not be so close to me and the other man; and I warned the worker behind the counter that they need to watch out for us, the customers, w/ their mopping. Very fresh. Great food. I was skeptical at first because this place was new. I’m use too hood hood chinese joints lol. But overall me and my coworkers from Forman Mills always order from China Dragon. Their Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Shrimp Yat Gaw Mein, an Shrimp& Broccoli is good.
