Hip Hop Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Maryland

Went to Hip hop tonight to place a large order for a family function. As I browse the menu and ask questions the cashier tells to me that only the 20 wing order comes with fries. So I asked “if I order more then 20 wings and spend more money why would I not be able to get fries?” From a logical and business savvy standpoint it would seem the more money you spend the better the deal and not vice versa . How does it benefit the business to give away more for less and how does to benefit the customer to spend more for less. So I ask the cashier how does that make sense and he shrugged his should with a perplexed look on his face and said ask the owner(who was stand right behind him). So I ask the owner why was his deals set up that way. He completely ignored me as if he still doesn’t speak English. So the cashier tried to get his attention for me. He said “ Allah he wants to talk to you.” Well Allah ignored his employee also and literally kept his back turned continuing to do whatever he was doing.

If I wasn’t feeding a family after a love one’s funeral I would have canceled my order and walked out.

I found it highly unprofessional rude and disrespectful to completely ignore a customer from a community that is 95% responsible for every dollar you make. Allah is completely ungrateful the opportunity to live the American dream. We should not...

DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. If I could rate them -99 I would. I will NEVER spend another dime here - ever! I was a first time customer. And this will be last time coming here... The customer service is THE WORST. I have encountered bad customer service before. But I have NEVER experienced this type of poor, unprofessional, lack of respect in a food establishment ever. I noticed we were all treated this way until a gentleman of a certain hue was waited on. EVERYONE behind the counter was rude. The guy with the baseball hat seemed like he was uninterested in taking my order or answering any questions. And I believe he was on his phone - because he wasn't responsive to my inquires.

Question: If you have a problem serving to a certain demographic, why would you 1. Run a business where that demographic is prominent and 2. Sell a cuisine that is marketed to that certain demographic?

Ladies and gentleman, it is 2018. Enough is enough. You DO NOT deserve to be treated as if you're beneath any race. PAYING and respectful customers should be treated with respect, decency and order.

The staff has terrible customer service!!!! It did not help that we were getting a very large order due to the passing of our loved one. They took our money fast but didn't want to give us our complete order as we had to keep asking where's this and that we paid for😒. We asked for condiments they insulted us by giving us 3 packs of ketchup😡. I would never, we went against our judgement to go here because it was close to where we were coming from. Rather than to go to our usual locations on Reisterstown Rd. or even the one in Glen Burnie on Ritchie Hwy. which has always provided great service even with last minute large orders. I wouldn't patronize them again that was a horrible and very disappointing experience during our time of bereavement which made it 10x's worse. The food was sub par don't know how some of it was cold but whatever...
