I had personally played at Juggernaut when I moved near the facility. I was so happy and excited to join. I made the twos national team for my age group, and I was ecstatic, then I quickly realized, I should have not been.
I had issues with coaching, and the way my team was being treated. Because we were the twos team, even at a national level, we were being thrown to the side. While the ones team scrimmaged older ones team, my team had to scrimmage the lower teams everyday, making none of us better. The coaching was awful. We would often talk most of the practice and get little to no coaching when we would actually play.
After a tournament out of state, I was so devastated and depressed because of the coaching staff. I contemplated quitting volleyball forever, and I have played my whole life. If it wasn’t for my supportive parents and high school volleyball, I would not being playing right now.
Eventually the season ended and I moved on to better things, but I suggest to anyone out there for a passion with the sport and love for volleyball, do not go to Juggernaut Volleyball Club. It’s not worth the money, time, or hardship especially if you do not make the ones national team. It took me awhile to post this review because it is that hard to bring this up for me again. That’s how mentally draining it is to play there. Don’t let them ruin volleyball for you like they almost...
Read moreWe had a tournament at the facility over the weekend and I can honestly say it was a horrible experience. This facility needs to be taken out of the rotation as RMR hosts. The entire experience was awful from start to finish. Parking is a nightmare. That’s standard for a lot of places, so we brushed that off. We went into the facility and it was FREEZING. Not your standard volleyball facility cold, but FREEZING. Multiple people approached staff and asked for the heat to be turned up and they refused. Everyone was in full winter gear including hats, coats, and wrapped in blankets and we were still cold. Our girls played back to back games that both went to three sets and they were freezing the entire time. Muscles seizing up. Multiple injuries due to the cold and the terrible floor. The floor is completely uneven with lifted tiles that had teams tripping and falling. Indented spots that gave way when stepped on. The serving area is tiny so don’t expect to jump serve at all, and anyone with a full approach will undoubtedly foot fault. No tables for the teams. Just an old tarp thrown on the floor for them to sit on. Right on the freezing cold warehouse floor. This place is hands down the worst facility that we’ve played at. It truly needs to be removed from available facilities for...
Read moreI have been playing at Juggernaut for over 5 years in leagues here at Juggernaut. I used to love it because it was a great facility, over the years I played several seasons and not once have I seen an upgrade or renovations to make the place more presentable... (what issues do you see?) Juggernaut literally ascertains thousands of dollars per year and per season.. For one the only changes you see are the new names and quotes from the teams... *It's hot and muggy in the summer and cold during the fall - *The floors have not been replaced and you can see where the floor dips in as you walk or even run on the court. *The lighting is comparable to a street light in an alley around 3am - awful . There is no answer or excuse for this irresponsibility - you can go to other facilities that are older and see how updated they are.
Do better please, not just for leagues but for the kids and players you are setting up! Give...
