Entire restaurant and personality of this placed changed. Unfortunate because the food use to be amazing and abundant for a decent price and now it’s overpriced with much smaller portions. The atmosphere changed from a small restaurant to a bougie hooka lounge. As of writing this review I declined my $75 order of a wrap and 3 chicken platters in which they said they were unable to refund me my money because their boss wasn’t there. I will accept my fault for not checking the pictures or seeing if the menu has changed. I did not take my food with me and will be coming back the next day to speak with the manager who they said will be there tomorrow. Very disappointed to see such an amazing place turn into a “high end” restaurant with overpriced mediocre food and small portions.

Update: Owner aware of situation and decided to reply with some pretty false information. Firstly, I was patient and gave them ample time to resolve the issue. I was told by the staff they were unable to do anything to help due to their boss not being in currently and to come back tomorrow, which I agreed to and asked for a name and number (they gave me the name and number of the restaurant instead). As far as being disrespectful to the staff, I am sure I did not raise my voice or say anything disrespectful, sounds like a ploy and an excuse not to refund my money. I already know the answer so I am not going to waste time with this business nor it's owner. I am taking this up...

I usually don’t write reviews, but our recent dining experience compelled me to share ❤️ Today, we went back to Kasiun after more than a year, and we were absolutely amazed by the improvement in the food! Everything was extremely delicious and super tasty! We were speechless. I ordered a special beef shawarma, and my husband ordered a picanha. The food presentation was world-class, and the meat was tender and juicy. My shawarma—omg, I’m obsessed—it was pure perfection! And can’t forget about the fresh lemonade with mint, absolutely delicious. I only have good things to say about this place. Plus, we really enjoyed the new open space. And lastly, but not least, our server Rosalinda was everything and beyond what you expect in customer service. She truly made our visit exceptional.
