McDonald's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

This is gonna be long but it’s worth reading: So my boyfriend and I go to this McDonald’s a lot for breakfast or dinner. Usually the service is okay. Well, today was my LAST day going here. We ordered 4 things. 4 SIMPLE things. Here is everything that went wrong (in order) The employee didn’t know the difference between ranch and their special sauce We drove all the way home to find one of our items was missing and the fries were ICE cold. Yes I could have checked the bag, but I get paid to wipe old people’s asses all day. I don’t get paid to check the damn bag. That’s the employees job. We called 4 times and no one answered so we had to drive back to the McDonald’s. We tried talking to one of the new employees and she IGNORED us and pulled her phone out. PULLED HER DAMN PHONE OUT WHILE WE TRIED TO TALK TO HER. If I pulled my phone out WHILE I was working I would be fired. It took 20 minutes for someone to finally find a manager My boyfriend and I got major attitude from the manager when we told her our situation and asked for a refund. Never going here again. Worst staff and management I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. Waited tonight for 15 min for a drive thru order. Watched them serve about 10 people before us. They clearly forgot to bring our bag. When manager brought out bag, she basically shoved it at me and briskly walked away. NO apology for wait and was rude and dismissive when I told her they need to work on the order that they get the food out when she was walking away. When I checked the bag, the fries were soggy and cold. So I walked into the restaurant. Saw the manager and told her the fries were cold and I needed new ones. She IGNORED me and walked to the back. Then I asked another worker. As I did, the manager yells at her from the back...DO NOT GIVE HER THOSE FRIES. Then the manager spoke to another worker in the back. He came up to me and told me if I wanted fries to sit down and wait for 3 minutes. Rude all around, terrible food. NEVER going back again even though its the only one...

I went to this McDonald's on the way home from working a long day. I usually dont eat McDonalds cause the food is always cold and the burgers taste like cardboard but I was soooooo hungry I was down for anything. I was there Saturday June 16th 2018 at around 8:10 in the evening on my way home. I ordered the white cheddar garlic burger and I have to say that this burger was the best burger I have had in any restaurant and I am in my 40s. This burger was cooked perfect and was hot and fresh. To my surprise it was real beef and no filler. This burger blew away five guys burgers. I give it 5 stars cause the staff was friendly, service was good and the food was hot and great. I never ever thought I would be saying this about ANY McDonald's but kudos to you guys for being on point. I wish all McDonald's service and food was this good cause I would definitely eat McDonalds more...
