Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Online said it was closed on Thursdays, but was open, so we dined in... No service(very very little anyways), the employees were loud and talking about extremely inoppreate topics extremely loud while we were eating... Who wants to hear about blood and people getting beaten and murdered in great detail while trying to eat???

Decided to try the new garlic knot pizza... Seemed under cooked but was edible... Also ordered cheese sticks as an appitizer and they came after the pizza... Also never recieved a drink refill, because once the pizza arrived the server vanished and was not seen again...

I had to go get my own to-go(left overs) boxes and meal ticket... I used to be a shift manager at a Pizza Hut and if this was my store I would have sent most of this crew home and most likely half of them wouldn't have a job to return to... Should have drove the extra 12 miles to the Great Bend store...

Very disappointed. Got the Edge pizza on the app and got pork sausage instead of Italian sausage and mushroom instead of roma tomato. When we got there, instead of making the modifications as we ordered, they just made it without the Italian sausage and roma tomato saying they could take off toppings but not add them. If that is the case, then why does the app let you make modifications? Also why didn’t you call us and tell us? Awful customer service and we had to take it or our other pizza would get cold and we had people waiting to eat. If you guys are going to treat your customers this way, Great Bend had a pizza hut and probably worth the drive after this experience. Thanks for ruining our...

The staff needs better training apparently. They have messed up our order the last few times we ordered there and this last time we called back to tell them and the manager told us we ordered it online wrong because he made the order himself. We ordered a supreme, a pepperoni lovers and a ham with pineapple...got 2 cheese and a ham with pineapple. The manager didn't want to even discuss it or ask what he could do to fix it. We will fix it by NEVER ORDERING...
