I came in with my recently developed (8mo.) PSA to see Dr ken Baxta and was given a med that causes anxiety. He knew I had generalized anxiety w/panic attack disorder. This was after my first major flare up which left me bedridden for 5 days. He did not explain the med very much, and he did not talk about PSA, or my new lifestyle at all. Next visit, I was in the tail end of flare up #2 while visiting. I asked what to do about the pain. He wouldn't even talk to me about it. He belittled my condition/pain & told me I shouldn't have tried to paint my kitchen. Then his nurse came in to draw blood & felt she needed to tell me that she is in pain everyday, which left me wondering how is she working right now? I then contacted my physician at that hospital and asked if I could have a different rheumatologist and he said no and that he would not discuss my case with me and he was dropping me. This all started a domino effect where I cannot even see any doctors in town or out of town. Then he wrote me a nice little letter stating several lies about me & my conduct. Straight up lies. To save his future skin, I'm sure. After that he gossiped to my new physician at St Rose in Great bend and he treated me awfully. Basically he started a domino effect to where I can't find any treatment and I am in pain every day. Worst treatment ever. If you hear the name Baxta, turn and run. Absolutely, DISGUSTED at the attitude and bedside manner of PA G.Lopez in the ER!! My daughter was in the ER this evening due to a softball injury. The PA treated her and myself like idiots!!! He was rude and very unprofessional (im sure who ever he was texting was much more important🙄)!!!! We are getting a second opinon tomorrow(didnt even offer to show me, THE MINORS MOTHER, the xrays amd rolled his eyes when i asked to have the xrays sent to an Orthopedic doc)!! He was very rough with her injury, didn't want to wrap her ankle before we left, "er things are expensive you don't really need this." ANND did the worst wrap job i have ever seen! I had to rewrap it myself! I took a video of his "handy work" for proof! The Xray tech was unbelievably rude to my father (who escorted my daughter to the ER while I rushed to get there from an hour and a half away). I will be making a formal complaint with the hospital, but I'm sure it won't make a difference!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN will we return to Clara...

I ended up being called to come pick up my father this morning and I was told to come up pick him up and that's what I was told to do so I get up here and I parked underneath the awning and I go in I say I'm here for Rodger Agnew and they don't even know where he's at so now I'm parked in another part of the parking lot after being told I should move due to the staffing here not communicating with anything very bad place just in general very unorganized very everything I just hope to God they actually get their stuff together and learn how to actually do time management because I'm not going to keep coming up here wasting my gas my time get played with and told one thing and then not following through with that one thing I just want people to actually learn how to do their jobs because I do my job perfectly fine at my place of work but up here I'm very unsatisfied with services up at this hospital I'm on unsatisfied with every bit of it and I'd like to have a response to this...
