Rainbow Garden — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

My husband and I order the same thing, once a week from this place. Sweet and sour chicken combo and a large pork lo mein. All the people inside know us and are usually friendly. But anyways, my husband is allergic to shellfish, and yet we've received shrimp in our lo mein THREE times now. I specified every time after the first iccident to clearify our order, only to pick it up and it STILL have shrimp. This time I checked before making it all the way home only to find it happened again. I turned around and went back and explained how many times this has happened to us and demanded a refund and my correct order, the sweet young girl up front told me she couldnt do both but tried to plead with the man in the back who continuously yelled at her. He clearly didn't see my point. I left with regular pork lo mein, but I will not be...

My experience at rainbow garden Bunn NC was very poor services . I called in my order previous before i came in. I picked up a sweet tea to purchase as well ... I get to the counter yes i have a couple soy and duck sauce ... but i was asking for more duck sauce ... the young lady says ma'am you already have some in the bag ... maam you can leave now ... like excuse me ... i politely explain to the lady i don't even eat soy sauce i would like more duck sauce .. I am just a little lost why was she so rude .. for one I spent my money with you all if i asked for duck sauce it should have been provided whether i had to pay for more or not ... The young lady didn't have to be so rude . That was definitely my last time buying food from this place .... them kids need to go read a book if they going to be rude ... I wouldn't go there if...

Very dissatisfied with my last three visits to Rainbow Garden. I frequent this location but not anymore. I ordered beef lo mein. Get home to find SPAGHETTI noodles! Gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe they ran out of lo mein noodles) Placed an order for four people this evening all of which were lo mein dishes. Get home, open the container and SPAGHETTI noodles AGAIN. I find this totally unacceptable. If I wanted spaghetti noodles with sauce I could have gone right across the parking lot to the grocery store and gotten some. You can't charge customers FULL PRICE without letting them know they aren't getting what they PAID FULL PRICE for!...
