Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I have ALWAYS had the best service here! I love Sonic’s ice cream but after today, I am completely DISGUSTED. Tonight, July 15th around 8:40pm I ordered a Reese’s Blast. As I’m eating the blast, I find this blue toothpaste looking liquid in my ice cream. It looks like toothpaste and tastes like actual toothpaste. Whatever it was, it was a very thick texture and was very clumpy. I am so grossed out that I found this in my ice cream.

This is my SECOND time I have had a issue with the service. My first time, I ordered 5 drinks. A lady working there didn’t give me a drink carrier after I requested one, so I pushed the button again and the lady TOSSED, TOSSED!!! The drink carrier in my car in such a rudely manner. She had purple highlights in her hair.

I love Sonic. Just something about the drive-in restaurant that makes it special. Food is always consistent at any Sonic, and I am also pretty regular for Blasts or for Limeade Slush. It is one of the few restaurants, actually the only restaurant where I ever order a hotdog because their chili dogs are so good. Also the tots are so much better than getting French fries. What sets this location apart is that it is just so much cleaner than many. And the roller-skating young servers have all been just a slice of happy middle class teenage worker – polite, kind and accurate. This location...

Everytime I go the carhops are rude, horrible customer service in my opinion, and horrible attitudes. Most of the carhops at this location have very negative energy and are not very kind when they give you what you ordered. I’ve just started going to a different sonic because the way I am treated at this certain location is just horrible. I had been going to this location because it’s the closest one to me but, I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
