Several factors have contributed to my reservations regarding this establishment, including concerns related to order accuracy, extended wait times, and what I perceive as an inconvenience in terms of the management and staff's smoking activities outside the drive-thru area. Additionally, it is worth noting that the overall demeanor of the staff, which often comes across as unenthusiastic and at times even irritable, leaves much to be desired.
One recurring issue that has stood out is the challenge of order accuracy, which regrettably seems to be a consistent problem at this location. This lack of precision in fulfilling customer orders has been a source of frustration. The extended wait times, on top of the inaccuracy, only compound the issues I've encountered here. It is my belief that customers should be able to expect both efficiency and accuracy when visiting any establishment.
Moreover, the presence of management and staff members smoking outside the drive-thru area is disconcerting. This practice can be disruptive and presents an unprofessional image of the establishment. It is important for a fast-food establishment to maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all patrons.
Lastly, the lack of a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is striking. During my visits, I have rarely, if ever, encountered a smile from the staff. A courteous and pleasant demeanor from the team is essential in creating a positive and enjoyable customer experience.

Read moreI do not know if on this particular day things were going bad or if it was some other issues but 3x in this visit my order was wrong or had been prepared incorrectly, I will say though in all fairness to the staff and Mgmt that I was treated exceptionally well and that the matter was resolved in a very fast and also professional manner which makes it very easy to return to this Wendy's. This location that I ate at this morning was the South Wendy's location, I went through the drive thru and ordered my breakfast, I had a breakfast baconator, and seasoned potatoes. This was the best sandwich that I have ever seen come out of a Wendy's. The staff was very courteous and really nice. When I unwrapped the sandwich, it was well put together. This sandwich looked like it was straight out of a commercial. Not trying to put down any other Wendy's but the workers in here are top notch, and I hope they put together sandwiches like that for every one that comes...
