Wendy's — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

After my daughter won her softball game, she requested to have Wendy’s. My husband arrives to Wendy’s and ordered a Baconator, a Dave’s Double and a chocolate frosty. When he checked the bag he noticed that there was no bacon on either of the sandwiches. He pulled back to the drive thru to explain to the young lady who took the money, that there was no bacon on the sandwiches. She took the receipt and told my husband that she would get the cook to make a new sandwich. When she returned to the window, she said, “He said because we are low on inventory, can he just give you the bacon.” My husband refused and said he wanted the sandwich he paid for. My husband said, “Can he come here?” When he came to the window and said, “Why you can’t just put the bacon on the sandwich?” My husband said because that’s not what I ordered. The guy continued to refuse to give my husband his correct sandwich and my husband refused because we paid for a $23 meal and did’t get what he paid for. Because my husband refused, the guy threatened to call the police. This made my 10 year old terrified and she started to cry. She said she didn’t want to get in trouble. By the way she recorded the entire thing and we are very disappointed with the service of the guy and the disrespect of the cook . Quite possibly the worst Wendy's i have ever been to, in the history of going to Wendy's. Ordered a half apple pecan chicken salad no cheese, the new Mediterranean chicken salad NO FETA, and a new grilled chicken sandwich. I paid for my order at 7:07 pm. I was asked to pull forward and they'd bring our order out. We waited for 17 min when i finally went inside to find out what was taking so long. It was explained to me that it takes 11 min to cook the chicken. So i asked what were they doing the other 6 plus minutes I'd been waiting... no response. In total it was over 20 min. and what looked like the manager didn't give a rats ass that they had just made us wait 20 min your drive-thru fast food that was not only made incorrectly, it took way to long to get. My wife's salad had the feta cheese that we had asked to be taken off. The chicken sandwich tasted fishy somehow. It was just all over gross and the worst customer service ever. Will never go to this Wendy's again. This is the third bad experience at this particular Wendy's. The other 2 not so bad but this as the icing on the cake. They failed...

I'm absolutely disgusted by this location and the people that work in it. I order my food in the drive thur when I went to the window to pay I give them my card and paid for the food where I was sent to the second window (No biggie right? Perfectly normal situation) so when I arrived at the second window I was told that the grilled chicken that goes on my salad wasn't ready, it would be out in a few minutes and to pull on the curb. It was there where I waited for 20 minutes for food that never showed up. When I got out my car to go inside I saw that the dining room was closed I knocked on the door where one employee looked up at me and continued to sweep like I never knocked it was there that I waited another 5 minutes for a manager to hand me my food where I then told her I didn't want it anymore I wanted a refund. She never apologize or tired to fix the situation she just asked for my card with an attitude and walked away. She returned with my card and she "hmmmpp"........... Moral of the story I won't be returning to this or any other Wendy's for that matter due to the horrible service at...
