Whoever manages this restaurant should check up on how the employees are working. First time at this location tonight Aug 3rd & there was only 2 employees working which i understand can get hectic but as someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry I can’t help but to be disappointed by how unsanitary these guys were operating. When I walked in I didn’t get acknowledged for a few minutes despite being walked past a few times not even an “I’ll be right with you.” But as I waited i realized the one in charge of building the burgers was building every single one of them on the bare counter leaving the paper wrap for last. Neither employees wore gloves at any point so every bun, burger meat, bacon, lettuce, tomato etc was grabbed by his bare hands & he’d proceed to wipe his hands on his clothes which the sides of his clothes were pretty dirty making me conclude that he’d been wiping on his clothes his entire shift. All the to go bags along with the receipt papers that went attached to the bags were filthy dirty with oil & ketchup. They ran out of fries 3 hours before closing so not enough prepping was done either. I truly believe these employees didn’t care about sanitation due to most orders being drive through & delivery orders therefore customers are unaware of how their food was made. Read moreLiterally, if I could give this place zero stars, I would... by far the worst customer service you cab find anywhere... very rude, mean, disrespectful, and devious.. they give you your orders wrong on purpose or something.. these people need so much training in customer service and in cooking as well... never again.. second time I was there today.. the woman taking my order in the drive thru doesn't care at all about customers.. I was there today (10/09/2023) at 9:40am.... she's is ridiculously rude.... didn't even let me finish placing my order at the drive thru .. told me to go to the first window.. I waited at the first window for about 3 minutes until she finally came and said she would take my payment at the second window and gave me a smirk... once I got to the second window, another woman came and asked about my order..I told her that I hadn't finished placing my order cos the other woman didn't give me a chance to finish.. anyway, I got my order wrong completely... funny thing is when that rude woman came to the window to give me the last bag, she gave me a smirk.. little did I know that my order was wrong.. I live about 20 minutes from that burger king so ita not even worth driving back to get the correct order... just warning others to steer clear of this location... most of them are terrible and have no manners and will probably do something to your food...
Read moreI would rate service as a 0 but that's not an option. I recently had an unfortunate encounter at Burger King on 7626 East Loop 1604 , which compelled me to share my experience. As I approached the drive through line I noticed that no one had attended to me during my wait in line, so I politely approached the young lady behind the counter to place my order. To my surprise, she responded with sarcastic attitude and claimed she couldn't hear me, despite my clear attempt to communicate.
In an effort to convey my order, I raised my voice, but instead of assisting me, she chuckled and continued with her discourteous behavior. Her lack of manners and disregard for basic customer service principles left me frustrated and disappointed. After several attempts to get her attention, I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. Fortunately, the assistant manager promptly intervened and offered a sincere apology for the unprofessional behavior of his team member. While it should have been the incompetent and ignorant young lady employee who should have apologized, the manager's professionalism and willingness to address the situation somewhat redeemed...
