I took my family in. I asked the person that was working what she would suggest. She told me about some new flavors. We picked all the same for 4 cones. Then she asked another worker to go make them. At this point he threw what ever he had in is hand and was yelling. But we waited after 20 mn then he came back. The ice cream was running down the sides of the cones and was about to fall off. I told the girl i did not want them becouse they were already melting and the cone was falling apart. She then went and got the manager that came over and treated me and my family like crap. They even have Grasshoppers on the menu (not the insect kind; the sort-of-a-crunchy-mint-sundae kind). If you're hungry for a hamburger or corn dog or cheese curds, they've got that too, and an assortment of specials. This isn't high-class cuisine, but the food is solid DQ-class. Customer service is horrendous.. First my son's burger was hard as a rock asked them to please just give us a new bun and they wanted to charge us for it after already paying their insane overprice. Was literally told by the staff "we have to get our money somehow"! Then on our way out they spray my wife and kids with something and laugh about it!! WTH wasn't any "profanities" until your arrogant and rude staff sprayed my wife and children and if it's truly an accident u acknowledge and apologize not laugh then act like it never happened and that's the only side.
