This is the 2nd time I got the Cheeseburger Sub Special despite the fact that it is NOT A REGULAR MENU ITEM. Well, in my "opinion" this should be DEFINITELY on the MENU. This is one of most sinfully delicious Cheeseburger Subs I've ever had in my life. They only advertise a regular Cheeseburger Sandwich on their Menu, but that needs to be "changed" ASAP! I'M addicted for sure n it's been a very long time that I found a sub that tasted so delicious! Mind you, this is not what I'm used to because they fry the Cheeseburger up n not put it on the bun in half burgers. They fry their onions, n bacon with the burger, which is to die for. I just got this today & I told them I'll be coming here weekly for my "fix" because it's that good. Yes, it's "pricy" but worth every dime I can assure you of that. What I do is when I bring the sub home, I add my Cooper Sharp White American Cheese, because I'm a cheesa-holic, n then I toast a small portion in the toaster oven, and then add minced red onion. I also dice up the tomatoes that they have sliced in small pieces as well that they put on. I went to a very good Pizza/Sub Shop in Niagara Falls, NY, n they made their Lettuce, tomato, onion toppings all diced up n put it on the meat on a delicious torpedo roll which looked like mush but not, n it was out of this World. I was traveling to Myrtle Beach, the traffic was at a standstill, and I was tragically starving. I refused to eat at the typical chain restaurants because I can eat at those when I’m home. I did a quick search and headed towards Bellissimo where I discovered the definition of truly authentic Italian cuisine. The owners hail from Greece and Sicily which explains why the food is bursting with flavors. The restaurant is quaint, the staff is attentive, and the food is beyond delicious, indescribably good! What’s more, the gifted hands behind these modern marvels in culinary excellence belong to one of the owners and he humbly accepts praise.
