La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza - Conway — Restaurant in Conway

So first I would like to say that this pizza place is very underrated. I have eaten at every pizza place in Conway and although the taste of the pizza at Brick Oven is not that much different than the rest, I feel that they deserve a very good rating for their customer service.

Normally, I would get a Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza from Larry’s Pizza. There is something about this pizza that makes me want more. However, I am a bariatric weight loss patient so I cannot eat lot of pizza in one sitting. Therefore, Larry’s Pizza is not a typical place I would go to in order to get my pizza fix.

One day, I was calling around asking all the pizza places, besides Larry’s Pizza, if they can make me a Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza. I was willing to pay extra for it. I just didn’t want to go to a pizza buffet like Larry’s just for that. Low and behold, Brick Oven Pizza was the only pizza restaurant that said they could make it for me. No questions ask and no complaints. They had my back.

Ever since then I have been giving them my business over the other pizza restaurants in Conway. A little goes a long way and they could have easily told me no, but they didn’t. The item wasn’t on their menu and they didn’t even have to try and make it for me. Now, I have been there a bunch of times and gotten the Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza. I would also like to say that their Bruschetta Sticks are amazing and worth every penny.

If you are the owner of this restaurant, I think that you need to make this a regular item. You would be surprised how many people like myself would come to your restaurant just for that pizza. Also, a shout out to the current management for taking this...

This is my new favorite pizza place in town-best extra cheesy pizza I have had in over 10 years! When I got my first slice, I pulled up and out real slow-like the commercials-and when I did, I was rewarded with that perfect stretchy cheese moment.

The seating area is divided into two main areas by a decorative wall. The first area, directly inside the door is separated from the entryway by a low wood wall. The decorative wall partially encloses the front seating area, and booths along the outside of the room lead the way back to the secondary seating area, which has recessed lighting, giving a cozy feel and sense of privacy.

The general atmosphere reminds me of pizza places back in the 90s-you come here to eat, drink and be merry. Or eat drink and be left to your solitude.

The music selection varies, blending familair favorites from different decades with the new popular songs heard on the clock app. Bonus: the music is never too loud. There is a tv in each seating area, perfect for a chill pizza, beer and sports night (I'm not a sports fan personally, but I do enjoy passively watching basketball or baseball when it's on and I wanna zone out).

Overall, staff went above and beyond , and made me feel welcome and appreciated. I always suggest this place to friends now, and am looking forward to my next visit.

They just can't take care of all the people inside cuz they got a line out door of call in orders. We waited 30 mins for some appetizers, ate them and waited another 45 mins to be finally told our pizza just went in oven! We were ready to go by time it came out. Tried a bite and it was awful... Got taco pizza and it had Alfredo sauce on taco pizza! Wth?! Told waitress about the unlikely and poor choice they made for taco pizza base. Menu said a salsa type base not Alfredo. It had no salsa on it. Was not worth eating, even after mor than an hour wait! She got it off the bill in the end. And we left still hungry. Went to McDonald's for ice cream abd called it a night after that! Slow because they have only 2 brick ovens and don't fit more than a few baked items at one time.. Same tables still there when we left except for one. Slow turn around. Busy with the to go pickup line and Door Dashers. Our waitress had only been working there a few days and was overwhelmed with tables. She was the only one dedicated wait person I could see. Another lady jumped in to check on everyone but never served food to anyone. Seemed like alot of chaos around bar and kitchen area whole time we were there. Uncomfortably warm in that tiny place.
